Just under a year ago we made the change from a kibble to a raw diet. My pup, Jaxson had numerous food allergies, that caused him to have extreme gas, and loose stool. Within a few days of switching, we noticed a change when he would go to the washroom, and of course - the lack of gas.The Loyal Butcher has supplied us with quality food (sometimes it smells so good I almost want to try), and wonderful service. I am a new customer to Loyal Butcher and so far its been great! I love that the food gets deliver to me and my dog is loving it. I have never seen him so eager to eat. He's only been eating this food for a week but so far he lost about 1/2 pound and his fur is extremely soft. I am excited to see how he progresses on this new diet. Thanks Connor!

Connor has been amazing. He is not just a good delivery man. He cares about our pets. On more than one occasion has gone out of his way to share his knowledge about foods but also potential allergies and remedies and any other concerns I may have for my gang. Definitely goes above and beyond!!

Our experience with The Loyal Butcher Co and Connor has been great. We had been feeding our dog raw but we’re still confused about it all and he explained everything and got us on the right food choices for our pup. He also does delivery which is AMAZING with two little babies at home and mom brain it’s so handy to not worry about picking up dog food. So happy we made the switch to. I’ve been using the loyal butcher for over a year now. My puppy was reacting to all kibble when we first got him, it was such a relief once we switched to raw !!! He loves it, and has been so healthy ever since.Connor is fabulous, always emails to ensure we get our order in and delivers it right to our front door! We’ve never had an issue and he is so personable!Never going back!

Where do I even begin! I got my Cane Corso puppy in March and started feeding him Acana because that is what my old brother was feeding his 5 year old Cane Corso. Within the first month of having my pup, Bear on Acana I started to notice a lot issues with this stool. He was needing to go to the bathroom up to 7 times a day and I could tell he was not comfortable because it would take him up to 10 minutes to finish doing his business. Not to mention, his stool was completely soft and I could barely clean it up. I also noticed that he started biting and scratching his skin a lot and never really seemed comfortable, which was leading to behavioural issues. I went to my vet numerous times, has his stool sent away for testing but nothing was coming back. The vets solution, let's put him on a medication that he will need to be on for the rest of his life". I was lost
