Professional, prompt and friendly service. Logan and Jeremy (and the techs) have been great to deal with. We had some minor issues with our tub initially and it was dealt with immediately. We were very pleased with the service. We go there for all our water testing and chemical needs.

Beware of Frontenac Pools. I bought a house with a broken pool on the condition that the pool would be fixed when the sale closed in August of 2022. The pool lasted the rest of the season, 2 months.Thinking they did a fine job I asked them to close the pool for winter. I had to remind them when closing the pool they needed to drill new holes in the newly laid concrete for the tarp and they did not have the tools with them for the job. They returned several hours later to finish the job.When opening the pool I paid another company. The concrete Frontenac Pools laid hasn't lasted a year without cracks. They used plugs to close the pool that are known to fail. Noticing water loss the new company showed me where water was coming up through the ground on the return line. after digging up the line I was told it had classic signs of ice damage that was 99% caused by the faulty plugs Frontenac pools had used to close the pool.If Frontenac pools has closed your pool and used this plug make them come back and change it to a proper plug immediately. This pool didn't work when I bought the house from a nice old lady that used Frontenac Pools, and when using Frontenac Pools from my stand point they were the reason the pool didn't work to begin with and didn't do the job they were paid to do when a new owner took over.When Frontenac Pools called and asked if I wanted them to open the pool I said I would do it myself and I got a sarcastic good luck before the phone hung up. I had amazing luck I didn't use Frontenac Pools for another season.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Frontenac pools and are super happy with our purchase. Was competitively priced, good support, delivery and set up. We had an issue where the wifi wouldn't connect and they had a technician come right out to repair right away. The tech also provided helpful tips with water maintenance. Overall really happy with Logan and his team!!

Recently, I had to replace a filter and pump. The quote was well priced, and the service was excellent. Shout out to Gilles, who took the time to explain what was done and walk through the features. Kelsey at the office was terrific in coordinating the estimate and appointment.

AMAZING - After having a terrible experience with another company, I am very pleased to have come to Frontenac Pools. With the help of MacKenzie and Gilles, they went above and beyond to help me clear my pool right up, after many unsuccessful attempts from other companies. I felt not only listened to and respected, but further as though they were not trying to take advantage of me and sell me chemicals I did not need.The service manager Gilles went above and beyond to put together the necessary chemicals I needed right on the spot.I will be definitely coming to them with any future concerns, and highly suggest you do too.

Logan, Jeremy and the staff of Frontenac pools are fantastic. After waiting for over one year, for a hot tub that we had ordered from a different provider, we walked into their shop on a Monday and had our hot tub installed on a Thursday.Their knowledge and expertise of their products is excellent as well as a customer service.

Great service. Called them with an issue for my hot tub. They came to see it same day, stayed until it was fixed, and didn't charge us for the service as it was under warranty. Friendly owner and staff. Highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a spa or hot tub.

I was in the market for a new hot tub lid and the hot tub company was out of stock and had been for a long time. I called frontenac pools and asked Jeremy if he could help. He was able to locate the dimensions of my tub in no time and set up my order. He had a new lid built and delivered it inside the time frame he predicted. The lid fits perfectly! Its super light and we love the colour of it.Also we picked up aromatherapy for hot tubs here, works great!We will check here again for hot tubs needs in the future! Thanks jeremy.
