I had a great experience working with Cynthia. I found the ring of my dreams on her website. I loved being able to see all of the rings she had on her website. When I saw this one I knew I had to see it in person. I booked an appointment through her website which was very straight forward. She is personable and easy to work with. Very accommodating. She had the ring sized for me and ready for when I needed it. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to diamonds and has great connections in that area. She gave me the appraisal for my ring which I needed for insurance purposes. I'd recommend Cynthia Findlay.

Not sure how the service is in person but I have called numerous times to speak with her and her staff takes my name and number but I never get a phone call returned and that's bad business in my opinion,I understand how busy it can be running a store but being ignored numerous times is unacceptable and very unprofessional

There is no one else with her breadth of knowledge and unerring eye (I really cannot imagine why anyone would even contemplate going elsewhere). This is where you will find a perfectly curated selection of beautiful jewels that you will not see on anyone else, a vintage stainless steel Georg Jensen watch and the perfect old glass perfume bottle. Treasures abound here. Not to be missed.

I am from Denver and found the antique, Art Deco bracelet I’d been searching for on Cynthia’s website. After email communications and a phone call, I purchased the bracelet. Throughout the selection process and through international delivery, Cynthia and her husband George were extremely responsive, as well as helpful through each step. I received the bracelet and found it to be far more stunning than the photographs indicated. Not only did Cynthia have a great selection of period pieces (and I had searched extensively on multiple websites), she and George provided such incredibly personal customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase from Cynthia in the future; it was a great experience in every aspect.
