The food is fresh and hot, but holy cow are they slow.We just watched a lady leave her order behind because they took over twenty minutes to serve us inside.Honestly unacceptable for a fast food joint.

This has got to be the worst location! They NEVER get the orders right EVER. We ordered through skip and it’s always missing the drinks and items. They cancel orders all the time as well. Today in particular we spent $47 and received a bag with one burger, onion rings, and nuggets. Missing: a whole other meal (burger, fries, drink) and our drinks. They somehow modified the order, yet we were charged full price. Do BETTER! Hopefully this $40 burger doesn’t taste like cardboard but I don’t have a lot of faith based on the incompetence in not even being able to read a order right!

The service was absolutely appalling. The lady working the drive thru handed me the most disgusting debit machine I have ever seen, and it was so gross that that buttons would stick down when you press them. I tried explaining that I can't enter my pin because I can't get more than 2 numbers in because they are stuck down. She then proceeded to tell me not to break it because they are expensive as if I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG. She then kept yapping for me to tap the card, which does not work on my card and even after repeating this 4 or 5 times she snatches my card from my hand and tries herself. Finally she tells me to park and come inside.On top of all of this when I walk inside I am greeted with her fake smile and as I'm entering my pin she says You think you can work the buttons on this one?"This is the last time I will EVER be going to a burger king location again

In my experience the food is always hot and is prepared quickly. The staff are all super nice. Only downside is the local cops like to hang out here sometimes but otherwise it's great :)

I always wondered why I never have Burger King or why people don't like Burger King. So I ordered some food on Door Dash and man was I dissapointed, the fries were bland and the burger was dripping with watery ketchup and mustard. Now I understand why everyone hates Burger King.More like Burger Pesant.

I've stopped multiple times and always have to double check my order because somethings usually missing or wrong. Staff is nice and considerate except for the assistant manager, he's quite rude

Tried to order here twice. First time, middle of the day, sat at the drive through 10 minutes. No one there. Second time, 7 pm (2 hours before close) tried to go inside and order. Employees saw me but ignored me. No one else in the restaurant or drive through. Stood there 15 minutes, then left. Won't be going to try a 3rd time.

I’ve been to this Burger King three or four times every time I go. They tell me that it will be 15 minutes even for a simple burger does not matter if it’s in the drive through or go in the last time I was there she told me it was gonna be 15 minutes before I had even ordered it was dead 7pm

Visited this location for breakfast few times. The food was fresh and good. Staff was friendly and amazing, and prepared my order quickly. I recommend this location to everyone based on my experience. Go and enjoy your food.

Ok so on way home from Strathmore we were hungry. Saw a BK on way to Strathmore so on our way back we stopped. 12 mins for someone to even acknowledge I was waiting to order. 1 whoppers. 1 an angry whopper and 1 small fries. 15 minutes. The food was ok, I have better whoppers from the airdrie store etc. To note, we were there around 745ish so later and less busy but while they were doing whatever they were doing and I could hear them, they are hidden behind a wall where they can't see the cash unless the video camera is shown the front counter to watch for customers. Otherwise the staff was courteous bit thats it. I got hot food, just took a long time. I'd visit again but i would also expect slow service unless they did a better job next time. Time of day could also play a part in it, but first time there, so we will see what it's like next time.
