Did spray foam in the garage and loose fill in our house attic. Amazed when they were done as they cleaned up and left no trace of any disturbance. Fantastic company! A+A+A+

We Have been waiting a YEAR for our government insulation rebate which Erin told us we would be eligible for and put through, which is why we chose the company. No communication about it from her. No updates. Feels like a lot of excuses when we have tried to call and find out why and we have been asking and now no answer when we message or call. Would not recommend and will be going to the BBB.

The owner ( themself) damaged my property but because I was the only one to see it and the owner of signature lied about it. So insurance won't cover our property and we now pay a higher deductable for them being a liar. Stay away from them if you value you property. Good luck all (:. ( To Erin Bartram please have Colin tell the truth then I will gladly state that here in the review seeing as all issues would be resolved) there is no need for me to call you. I don't want to be scammed. Just have Colin call the proper authority and turn himself in.

Signature did an excellent job insulating my detached garage. They were on time and left the area as if they were never there. Would recommend.

Erin and her team were very helpful in replacing our insulation and fixing several issues we had in the attic. They also gave us contact information for other trades we needed, all of which were just as friendly and helpful as they were. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody I know that needed attic/insulation work done.

Excellent customer service, polite crew and very efficient!

We contacted Signature Insulation regarding the attic insulation. Our home, whilst 7 years old, seemed to get very warm in summer and quite cool in winter so we thought we would ask SI to check things out for us. From start to finish we found SI to be very polite, attentive to our questions and they helped guide us to the best solution, they even advised us against the more expensive option of removing all the blow-in insulation and redoing it as they felt it was not necessary. They found several areas of concern and took the time to describe what the issues were and what corrective action could be taken. The staff that came in to fix up the attic were polite and professional and before we knew it they were done (fixed all the issues and levelled and topped up the insulation to R50) and were cleaning up. The same day with it being +32c outside we noticed our top floor was about 2 -3 degrees cooler than the day before, enough just to take the edge off the heat and not need whole home AC. I'm also hoping it keeps upstairs a little warmer in winter. All in all it was a great experience working with SI and i would heartily recommend them to anyone.
