I love how they say they're sellin hoagies, lol ok there it's a glorified samidge notta hoagie. I'm sorry I mean the ppl are generally great but these ain't hoagies lol

I was not impressed with my visit to this Subway in Lancaster. When I got home with my sub the paper was stuck to the sub therefore I could not eat it. Returned to the location they apologized. I wanted a refund, she said she would have to call her manager then she informed me she would give me a FREE sub. So I agreed. She made me a new one, she handed to me. I thought I was going to get a coupon for a free sub, she said no I gave you a free sub. I did not get a free sub. Poor service I would not recommend this location.

Staff parks right beside the entrance all day so everyone coming and going has the walk around them in the rain, the snow or the heat. Unbelievably inconsiderate.

Nice location while there head towards Lancaster to Glengary Fine Chease. Best award winning cheese of Eastern Ontario.
