Been at this gym for 5 years, love the coaches and the members. They understand and promote proper technique. It’s certainly a challenge at first but put the time in and your fitness level will improve.

Welcoming and friendly environment. Would recommend to anyone that is nervous about starting crossfit as it is often a tight knit community.

Been a member for just under 2 months. Lovely community. Fantastic workouts with great coaching! Nice competitive atmosphere while still being very welcoming!
