Great experience, excellent service. I got just what I needed, even though there was a small problem with a lens they were happy to exchange it without any problems. I'm now very happy with my purchase and plan on returning.

Amazing staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of 35mm film, cameras and lenses. Good prices and a beautiful store. Have been coming here since 2015 and it’s still the most amazing local camera shop.

Hands down my favorite camera store so far. So much stuff on display, and all kinds of older posters from the good oll days. The employees have a ton of knowledge and will help you get the unit you need. Also don't ask about buying the Pentax 67... I already asked...

Great service. Took my infant for his passport photo here and they did an amazing job, made picture taking for an infant seamless.

The website advertises that to have photos scanned to disc the price is $.50 per print for the first 50. Then $.40 per print for the first 100. I went to the store expecting these prices and was told $1.65 for the first 50 and $1.15 for the first 100. That’s three times the price advertised on the website. When I said this the person behind the counter she said, “the website hadn’t been updated for a while”. Wow! Not my problem! False advertising- better business bureau know?!

Owner and staff are great. As a former professional photographer, my needs are unique. I don’t need a pro-level store, but I need something more than just a “camera store”. Peter and his staff are able to satisfy my needs and if they don’t have something in stock they quickly order it in for me.

Got Christmas prints for our newsletter. Next year I will order earlier. Staff is courteous, helpful and informative.

I went there a week ago looking for a film camera and was told to come by on a Tuesday or Saturday to see the film camera specialist. I came back earlier today and was met with one of the most unpleasant people imaginable. Bill (I think his name was) was incredibly rude and condescending the whole time and once actively ignored me (who was trying to buy the camera) to talk to my boyfriend who just happened to be there. He didn’t seem to have much time for young people (much less young women). I’m glad the camera I was looking at getting was damaged anyway so I had an excuse to leave without buying anything. Won’t be returning and I hope other young people (women especially) find someone else to buy from.

Due to the awful attitude of who I assume is the manager of this shop, I would prefer not to give any stars! The 2 people serving at the counter were polite and friendly. We sent in some photos from an iPhone to be developed. From the prints we received, some were ok, some were blurry. We had duplicates (not asked for) and again, one was ok, one was blurry. When we returned the photos to ask for some reprints at better quality (the counter staff agreed they weren’t good quality), the manager came out - arms folded and was extremely rude and defensive! She refused to try and figure out what had gone wrong or help in any way. We will NEVER go back! Can I suggest a customer service refresher course for the ‘manager’ in question?!

Accompanied my daughter and granddaughters to have passport photos taken. Taking photos of a baby and a toddler can be challenging. No customers in the store but apparently too busy to take any photos. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
