Great staff.Always willing to help.Pharmacy is fast and efficient always have time for questions One of the best shoppers to shop in Fraser valley! My questions 100% answered by friendly attitude and knowledgeable staff.Also there is a little pigeon house at the letter R that is very cute

I believe there is a new owner/principal as our experience has declined significantly over the last year.I wasn’t surprised to see the customer service complaints over the last number of months.On a couple of occasions the pharmacist was upholding a policy, which is fine, but the way the message was delivered was with zero customer service or concern for helping find a solution. For 7 years prior we had the exact opposite experience, and found the pharmacy principal very caring and helpful.In general when having to communicate with the principal of this pharmacy I am left with the feeling that he is being inconvenienced by having to answer a question or process a request.We have moved all of our prescriptions over to another pharmacy.

This is a great Shoppers location staff are so friendly and helpful. Has a Post Office located in rear of store Post Office manager is so helpful and bubbly. This store seems to have items others are sold out of. Loads of parking and wheel chair accessible.

Extremely rude owner/,pharmacist.Anthony Lee.This owner has no idea what customers are going through when there picking up a prescription and doesn't care.I had to go back twice for prescription that had not been filled for a life threatening illness.I indicated to Anthony how extremely sick I was ,and how exhausting it was to come back in to pick up a non filled prescription.He's aggressive, non caring,and really shouldn't be at the customer service counter.

The staff in the beauty boutique are awesome. They are the first faces one sees when entering the store and they are always smiling. Luisa is especially helpful and has helped me pick out products that work for me, from skincare products to makeup. Attending the Gala's are always fun and the money goes to a good cause. I also love being kept up to date with the emails and I follow the instagram page. Keep up the good work.

I received the best service from Amber and Luisa in the cosmetics department. They helped me find the perfect products for my skin and went above and beyond to provide me the best customer service I’ve ever had! Thank you both!

Amber is always helpful every time I visit. She is knowledgeable in makeup products, has a positive attitude, and provides valuable feedback on makeup techniques. For the first time, I was able to find an eyeliner and mascara for my oily face that won't smudge thanks to Amber.

I have been a long time customer of this location and have always filled my prescriptions here. However unfortunately this past time, I received horrible care from the new owner/ pharmacist. After reading the last reviews I can see Im not the only one with this issue! I called the pharmacist after learning I had no more refills of my 2 blood pressure medications, and just asked if I could get an emergency supply to hold me over for the weekend until I can get ahold of my specialist from the hypertension clinic at RCH for my refill. These are both medications I have been on for years and have been constantly filling them through this location so he was able to see my history and that its something I need to take on going. He declined my request and was extremely condescending. He accused me of my dates being off, and told me to look at my bottle to find the dates. He also questioned me even though everything is on my file. After receiving this service I contacted the hospital, they had no problem filling my prescription but said they need the pharmacy to send the request first. The owner/ pharmacist never offered to even do this at the very least. After asking a second time, he agreed to give me 1 week of emergency medication while he faxed the prescription. He explained that with his license he cant give emergency supplies of blood pressure medication. After talking to a few other pharmacists about the situation, I have learnt this is not true and it is up to their own comfort level. While I respect his comfort level, and after talking to other pharmacists from other businesses I do not think this pharmacist had my health and safety as a priority, and the fact that he neglected to even offer to send my prescription when he was unable to help me, which in turn actually delayed the process even more putting me at risk, on top of being condescending and rude. I will be switching all of my prescriptions as well as my families to another location where my health will be taken as a priority and my support will be appreciated.

I went to pickup my prescription at the Save On foods pharmacy in Pitt Meadows, they told me that it was backordered with no eta, no phone call to alert me about it, just nothing! I then headed over to the pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart also in Pitt Meadows, a young lady by the name of Leah sorted the whole issue out in minutes and I had my prescription the same day! I will be dealing with Leah at Shoppers from now on!

I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude with Luisa, the cosmetics manager.My mom got married yesterday, and she had forgotten her cosmetics bag. I ran in frantically to find some products for my mom, with 45 minutes before the ceremony started.Luisa was very friendly and even more knowledgeable. In under 10 minutes, she helped me to select products that not only looked radiant on my mom, but also helped her feel radiant.Thank you Lusia.
