BMW Grand River

So, today we’ve got our first and hopefully not last BMW X1 2023 model, from a very nice warm place and amazing team.I’m glad I stepped the other day in to Grand River BMW and asked Yulia about our chances to get in to premium German brand, she met me with resale manager Matt and we’ve got good price for our vehicle, then she met me with sales manager Richard and I felt I’m in a good hands, thanks YuliaDespite the market situation and delays and waiting times we’ve got our babe after month of waiting, which is great considering circumstances,then we’ve met business adviser David, got some discounts on additional equipment such as extended warranty, tint, and etc, and decided to buy a set of winters on OEM BMW rims, and that’s how we’ve met Ricky service manager, who was very patient cause I’m a picky and tough buyer who very wanted to see my first bmw on a winter rims before decide if it suits the car, Ricky kindly agreed to give us that opportunity and we loved it! do I have to mention we bought it;)? sure we did!Thank you guys

Have dealt and purchased vehicles from BMW Grand River since 2009. Latest purchase was a 2019 X5 in August. I put a light 3000 km on the vehicle and it went in for an oil change. Was quoted 1200 for rear brakes. I pushed back saying it was a recent purchase and BMW certified, how could the brakes be on their last legs already? Then suddenly they weren’t in that bad shape. I don’t mind paying for service and more at BMW that’s what I’ve signed up for in owning them for 14 years but the experience made me uneasy and like they take advantage.

Had a great experience purchasing a new X6M from BMW Grand River. Tristan was quick to response and was very professional throughout. Aaron and Toni made sure the delivery experience was smooth and took the time to explain everything regarding the vehicle. Very satisfied with the purchase.

BMW Grand River is, by far, the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in Ontario. Completely pointless and obvious sales tactics from the salesperson (We have several inquiries on this vehicle! You should buy it now")

Just recently bought a BMW M3 competition from here from Jim Cockerham. I highly recommend dealing with him directly when you go there. He found me my dream car and considering I was so busy with work he helped make the process so easy and smooth. A true veteran at his craft I was very happy to give him the business.In addition, I dealt with a young gentlemen named Toni, absolutely amazing guy and was very helpful when it came to learning about the vehicle and preparing me to take it off the lot.Thank you all for the endless help at BMW grand River for the amazing car and amazing experience.

It was a challenge to have the car of your dreams, which is the X4 for me. But my team made it possible. My salesperson was Iva Halfar and she was very supportive, keeping me updated. Also, very attentive with my choices, especially when in doubt. Richard, the Sales Manager and Andrew, the Business Manager had their important role to make my wish come true. And I also have to mention Darien, the guy who set my X4 to drive. He has all the patience explaining all the needed details of the car. We recently leased a BMW with Tristan and his team. It was a very positive experience. We have been driving the same brand of car for 17 years and could not be happier with the change.
