I just had the worst experience at Cos at Laval. I tried to return a dress that I bought a day ago and decided was finally too big. The employee refused to accept it because he thought it smelled like fried food. The dress has never been worn. Him and the entire staff were extremely disrespectful. I felt like they were accusing me of trying to return a dress I’ve already worn and judging me based on my appearance. I didn’t have any problems returning the dress at another location.

Great quality pieces. Not cheap, but the tailoring is just right, it's minimalistic, and you cam get really nice things on sale. Customer service is pretty good. No complaints. Not too crowded unlike zara.

there is alot of clothing stores in carrefour laval but this one gets me to my attention , the vibe is dead, cloth are very expensive , staff lack customer experience .

Terrible service, the lady kicked us out 10 minutes before closing at 18:00. I was about to try on a sweater that I was set on buying if it fits well and then she didn’t warn anyone at the store that it was closing. She gave us 2 options:To get out of the store or to buy the item. She didn’t even let me try it so I couldn’t buy it.There were 4 customers in the store and we were all shocked at how she pressured everyone to leave without delay and warning.I would definitely avoid the lady with the bobbed hair. I wouldn’t hate the store but rather the poor management. According to other reviews. Some would agree with me that it’s the manager and the people they train that are at fault.Very disappointed…

Contemporary but fashionable, fit is also nice. Can't go wrong with most European garments.

Since yesterday, March 30rd, COS offer 25% off for almost everything in store. I am so happy to shop yesterday and today at Carrefour Laval, LAVAL, QUEBEC, CANADA.This evening I was trying to ask cashier if possible to do price match for my last week purchasing, she said I need to return those items first, then re-Buy them, she will give me 25% off. I am so happy to know that I can have 25% reduce then I will buy more, meanwhile I was thinking as a global brand why they set up price matching system so complicated ? As my respect, I told that cashier, I do not wanna waste my time come back again, I’ve shopped two days in your store, I will go to grab exactly same items to pay it today, then return them with my last week receipt. She let me go to take those clothes.Unfortunately, everything is not go through as what I planned, she refused to return when I was paying, she keep on saying that “I need you bring your clothes from home, and I saw you purchased today, I won’t refund you. “ I questioned her what’s the differences ? Those are exactly same products, same colour, same size, same code, why you wanna waste my time? She just keeping her mind, so inflexible.She might think she is doing her job properly, but as what I see,she is simply short-sighted person, specially when she told me that she is the only store manger for this location. As a small business owner in Canada, I allow my employees inflexible, even not smart, but won’t be my manager level. Today she didn’t just lose sales, she lost a loyal customer, also get this customer complain.

Clean place .Expensive store .Employees are not around ??

Actually I’m quite shocked with my experience today. I bought a lot of pieces in this store, and I was having good experience with the staff. But recently it seems that they changed a manager who I found not pleasant to deal with. The experience was too long to write down, I still like their clothes but just not happy with their management recently. I also felt bad for the sales person there, it must be difficult to work with a manager like that.

Bought a white T-shirt from here and decided I didn't like it much so tried to return it. When the lady was inspecting the shirt for return, I couldn't help but notice how wrinkly it looked, even though I only tried it on twice for about 5-10 seconds each.The employee tells me she can't return the shirt because she suspected I cut my hair while wearing the shirt as there were some black fibers on the collar. Then what seemed to be the manager comes and sniffs the area where there was black fuzz and says it smells like grease. I smelled it afterwards and it smelled like a fresh shirt to me, but hey, maybe I can't detect my odor or something?Can't tell if they were making excuses because of how wrinkly the shirt looked or if they genuinely suspected I cut my hair while wearing a brand new shirt with the tag still on it. Anyways, I took it to the COS store in Downtown and had no trouble returning it there, so not too big of a deal in the end :)
