Rodney's Auto sales and parts

My daughter purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from Rodney auto sales on January 18, 2022. Literally the next day she was at the gas station with her two kids and the vehicle would not start. The day she picked up the car there was an i key system error on the car where Rodney stated it would be low tire pressure. Which it was not. He advised her to bring the car into Kushi auto sales to have the key changed and message cleared. My daughter spent 5 hours at Kushi auto sales and nothing was done to her vehicle. When she contacted Rodney to let him know they could not scan the car to clear the message he advised her to call them back because they Have To fix the issue. By February 2nd the engine light was on in the vehicle and by the 4th of February the windows would not wind up or down. With all the back and forth for a few weeks a we decided to bring the car into Nissan to get the exact reason on why the car had these issues. There are four recalls on the vehicle, as well as a broken hood cable. To have these issues repaired in total will cost over $700 where my daughter will have to come out of pocket to have these issues that were pre-existing in this vehicle. This is her first time financing a vehicle and trusted him. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau. DO NOT TRUST HIM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. I wouldn’t recommend ever buying a car from Rodney. Let me share my experience with this man. When Rodney first started his business , he had 2 cars for sale. I had just got my g2 and as my first car I bought a Nissan Altima 2002 from him. Moving forward for several years I had continued to buy cars from him. With that we had established a friendship / trust , so I thought . 3 years ago I financed my first car with him. I was told this car was going to cost me a total of 8 thousand dollars for a total for 2 years. I Trusted him after doing business with him for nearly 5 years . So now as the 2 years was approaching I called the finance company to pay off my loan assuming I owed around 2 thousand dollars on my car. Come to find out Rodney went behind my back signed me up for a 4 year term and signed on my behalf to pay 18 thousand dollars for a 09 caravan ! He signed and Initialled at a 46 % interest rate ! He never gave me a copy of my agreement until I demanded it. And when I received it , it does not match the one I have from the finance company. He is a scammer and a fraud and is not to be trusted !

Recently purchased a Mazda3 and couldn't be happier with the car and the service from Dwayne. Had a muffler issue a few days after purchase and Rodney's Auto fixed the issue promptly, efficiently with no added charges. An absolute pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend A+++

I was looking for a vehicle from a dealership for over two weeks and couldn't find a vehicle certified for a good price. I found a vehicle on auto trader from Rodney's auto sales and not only did I get the cheapest price he also gave the vehicle a FULL detail and gave me four new winter tires. My car is great! Not happy at all! Bought my mazda 3 certified" and right away noticed issue with the red lenses inside the taillights were melted and the drivers door window controls didn't work. Took a week to get the parts to fix the windows and another 2 weeks to get the tail lights fixed and I ended up buying them myself. The oil was never changed before I picked it up
