Best ISP of all time. Not a single problem since I got it. The first honest ISP I had yet. Long Life to Oricom. (updated 27 Sept 2020) - got a little trouble with the signal last year, got great help from a technician by email. Resolved the same day. And yeah, it is a real review :D Bot don't update their review haha. (January 2021 update): Still there, got a augmentation of 1$ in 4 years.

They really dont care whether you have internet or not Or how it affects you. I lost money because of Oricom and I asked for an email so that I can provide as proof that I didnt work because I dont have Internet. Never got the email.Today I am having the same issue. I asked for an email. Multiple agent replied to me we cannot send you an email to say you dont have internet (for legal reasons)I Pay for the internet but you cant email me that I am not going to have internet today because of “legal reasons”?Avoid Oricom because except taking your money and provide slow internet there is nothing else they offer

DO NOT GO WITH ORICOM. Prices are enticing, but they do not care about their clients. I am a new client and it's now been 2 weeks that I'm without internet service because of them. They ask you to cancel and then it's suppose to take 48h for the service to be activated (which is already weird and frustrating but would be ok if it were really 48h). I'm calling them every day and there's always a new problem which should be fixed the next day. They had to send me a technician because their modem couldn't catch the signal and wanted to bill me 50$ for that. Unbelievable. 2 weeks later, the only thing activated is my regrets. Go absolutely anywhere but there.

It was an unknown company to me when I decided to go with Oricom. I have been with them since May 2018. So far I received excellent service. Very fast internet.

Only good thing is they're cheap. But if you cancel you have to ship the modem back at your own cost and find a box etc. I've never experienced that with any other service. Rude customer service. We have a very small home (1100sqft) and the wifi doesn't even go from one room to the next. They refused to send anyone out to fix the problem unless I paid a few. Switched back to a different service provider.

Excellent service always take the time to explain if you don't understand something.They even called me offering a better internet connection for my need. I was paying too much for what I was using. I've been with them for about 15 yrs or more. I plan to stay that way. The technician even help me repair my computer. With Oricom you feel you are the only client they have.
