Wastecorp Pumps Inc

We purchased grout pump model 2FA-GH with the door frame assembly. The pump has been unusable and Wastecorp has been unhelpful. We were told multiple times that a technician or a existing customer would call with information and no one has. I would not recommend these pumps or Wastecorp.Edit. If this is the first you have heard of it, there’s poor communication within the company. We have called phone support multiple times and been told someone from tech-support or an existing customer would call back and no one has. We emailed Marc Johnson 3 times and the only response was to use Sika 211 non aggregate grout. I responded that Sika 211 non-aggregate it’s not readily available in our area, cost 4 times a standard grout as it is self consolidating and according to the Sika rep is not made in a non-aggregate. I asked twice for alternatives as this pump is advertised as pumping most cementitious materials and have not gotten any response.

I bought a Mud sucker diaphragm pump from the Wastecorp for my farm to pump liquid manure. Great pump and real easy to service. Great comapny !.

This review is in response to the previous customer's review:Mr. Collins, we have thousands of satisfied customers using our equipment without any issue. Wastecorp stands behind our product when used under typical conditions. As you are aware, you are towing approximately 13,000 lbs on a regular basis while making countless amount of tight turns when watering island landscaping between two roadways. Doing this 18 hours per day requires greater driving care to prevent premature wear on trailer components. The constant repeated tight turns put excessive drag and fatigue on the tri axles which may explain the hanger crack and eventual break.  The tire wear problem directly relates to the dragging of the tire. Making numerous, daily tight turns while towing 13,000 lbs can be classified as extreme use. We supplied you with a new tire as courtesy, but regardless of the make, brand or country of tire origin, the dragging and repeated strain put on the equipment is a direct result from your abnormal extreme usage of the product. We offered to repair certain components despite the fact that your operating conditions are not typical. I sincerely hope this clarifies the issues.

I purchased the 1600 gallon water trailer Tri -axle for a decent buck,after I brought the trailer home I noticed the pintle hook was fingered tight, this could of caused a serious accident. The Trailer was yellow stickered so I am pretty sure the trailer would not pass if someone actually looked at the trailer. After 1 week of use the motor mount of the honda engine cage came loose from the trailer ( actually the frame snapped) . About a month in one of the rear tires had a really bad wear on the tread, They did replace this. After 2.5 months I had to replace all 6 tires do to severe wear ( off shore tires). These tires where so soft they left rubber marks on the payment even going in a straight line. When my mechanic replaced the tires he could not believe how soft the side walls where, ( tire says 10 ply) Hardly doubt that. I contacted waste corp and they said they would talk to the trailer manufacture and get back to me, They got back to me the next day and said they would not warranty the tires and said that i should only drive in a straight line. REALLY how is that possible when you are driving thru out the city watering flower beds. i thought at least a partial payment towards some new Canadian made trailer tires would be helpful, but not. They out right refused. This company needs to listen to the buyers and take into account the issues that arise from normal use. FEELING RIPPED OFFUPDATE ******** 1 week after writing this review while driving the trailer the front axle weld broke free and the axle dropped out of trailer.Their response from Trailer manufacture ( EXCALIBUR TRAILERS) was its like bending a piece of metal back and fourth several times till it snaps, once again told not to do turns, How in the world can you operate a water trailer on the city streets with out doing turns.?????Please do research before spending $$20000 on a wourthless piece of SH--.
