Owner does not care about customers. Man in store made it clear he was annoyed you stopped in. Rude and unfriendly so was forced to go elsewhere.

I bought my 350 watt, 24 speed, pedal assist EBike at Little Ed's in Midland two years ago and time has shown it to have been a good choice. I bought from a local store that has parts and who can tune up and work on what they sell, which turned out to be a good plan, because I have had one self inflicted repair which was handled nicely and on time, but other than that, everything has been trouble free. It's nice to just enjoy it and not have to worry about what ifs. BUY LOCAL!

I was ripped off rather badly by Glen. I really should have taken my bike somewhere else and will do in the future. I agreed to a $350 for a complete tuneup (which I shouldn't have) and it I was charged near $500. I am disgusted by this and, although he did a decent job I still had to tighten up my fenders. I will go somewhere else next time and I really should have left when given this quote. I am disgusted by this store. Please check out the other one in the area. I will never enter the store again.

I have been taking my bikes to Glen for a little while now and am always pleased with his service. He goes over my bikes thoroughly and advises any discovery work beyond what is estimated. I get a clear understanding of what I am paying for and have the opportunity to decide whether to proceed or not. I am always happy to pay for great service as I ride a lot and need to know my bikes are gonna take me there. Thank you Glen!

i had them fix my front wheel and gave them my back saying i think its fine but can u look at it?" they said if it was fine the leave it. they charge me for both and after 30min they both where bent and they will not fix it or give my money back. i talk to other ppl and none said anything good about them"
