Horrible service. They are very quick to get to your inquiries before your purchase, but right after the purchase, they ghost you. Multiple inquiries over multiple days constantly got ignored. They really don't care. I would not recommend them at all! I sent the items back over 3 weeks ago, the items were received 2 and half weeks ago, and I have yet to hear back from them.Very very disappointed.

This is my first time to purchase a refurbished laptop, I was a little hesitant at the beginning but I thought I’d give it a try for the good price.I had an issue with the laptop hard drive so I dropped it off at CNB and I was really happy with the service!Special thanks to Kong who took care of my case, he got my laptop fixed within one day and he made the process really smooth and easy!I would definitely consider them for future purchases!
