The greeters really ruined this for me. They were conversating while we were waiting at the front to be greeted for a good 5 minutes while they talked near the bar. No one else was in line but us. Then our greeter (young asian woman) seemed to be displeased that we interrupted their conversation as if we had no right to be mad for waiting. Just gave a very cold vibe and really ruined the experience. On the positive side the server was more attentive and the food was decent. Unfortunately, first impressions are hard to forget and it really kind of ruined or dinner. This was unfortunate that I had to rate them like this as this branch was just refreshed inside. Hopefully thins get corrected.

My fiancée and I have been coming here every other Thursday for the all day happy hour! Every Thursday we have our babysitter watch our son so we can enjoy a date together. I work in the industry as well and never have I ever had to ask for service or walk out of a restaurant until today.We’ve been here awhile back and received terrible service from an employee of yours. I understand when people are having a rough day but his work ethic clearly demonstrated he does not care about any of the tables he was serving. there was delayed presence, lack of communication, no preservice, no check ins and witness it was similar service to all the tables he was serving. We never done this before but we chose not to tip that day as the service was absolutely terrible.we live close by and we love the all day happy hour we continue to come here every other Thursday for the bandara bread, wings, perogi pizza and a couple drinks.We’ve been here multiple times and was served by other servers and have tipped them generously to also have that same server process payment for that server as he was busy and noticed we tipped him and got frustrated.Today, we came back to not only have to get up and ask for service because we were not greeted for over 10 minutes but to witness that same server avoid our table on purpose and seeing him waiving the other girl down we requested for some service from and we could sense the animosity from 3 booths down. we began to feel sceptical of the food we just ordered and decided it was best to leave and go somewhere else.We stood up and then waited again about 4 minutes because we had the curtesy to inform someone to cancel our order and not waste any of your food product. It is very unfortunate my fiancée and I wasted well over 30 minutes of our time at this location.We will not be returning as we do not feel welcomed but I do hope you follow up with your staff member on proper hospitality or demote him to a role that is less interactive with customers as his standards is not a proper representation of your franchise.

You get a pizza that tastes quite good. Very good place to hangout in groups. A large pizza can easily feed 3-4 people. Waitress was nice too!We ordered a all meat pizza, forgot exact name.. and liked it.Would definitely recommend!

This is our go to place with our 2 year old daughter as it's very kid friendly. The food is always good and never disappoints. The service has always been really good and I never even have to ask for a refill of pop, it's just done. All staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this Boston pizza location for great food and great service.

Great that BP is open late. The Appy Hour will save you some bucks as well. The service here is always friendly, I visit here quite often and have never had bad service even if it's a super busy Saturday evening.Always order nacho's though try them with cactus cut fries instead! Nice alternative to a staple at BP. Wings at Appy Hour never fail. Spicy Perogy holds a pizza my heart. And end the night with a Panookie.

Great vegetarian options with a slew of new veg dishes introduced lately. The kids had a terrific time and the staff is cordial. Our all-time favorites are... Creamy Mushroom & Spinach pasta and Brownies (not included in pictures, sorry).

This place has been there for a while, and it's a classic Boston Pizza. It's a good sport bar, and I'm rating it accordingly. You know why you are going there :)I really like the wings there. The pizzas are okay, the ambient is okay as well. I found the service good! The waitresses were quick and always checked on us.I would rate a 3.5 star, but I'll go with 4. But 4 in a Boston Pizza world!

Sadly disappointed with most of our evening . Ordered an appetizer to share, which was good, however got a few bites in and our main course was delivered. Not even close to a 5 minute gap before our ribs showed up. Eating my main dish and what I thought was BBQ sauce on the broccoli, found out it was horribly spoiled and rotten by sadly eating a few bites which was definitely awful tasting. Took some time and the waitress came by after meal was done and I pointed the spoiled broccoli out to her to show the chef and kitchen, which she did. We had one drink taken off the bill as a gesture of good will, but after the bad taste in my mouth it may be some time before we return.
