During my one year residency, I have really enjoyed my apartment, here @600 Kingston Rd. It is well maintained and managed (great property mgr). Nothing is perfect in an older building (sound insulation, poor kitchen ventilation) but overall, I have found this to be great value, convenient for access to shops and stores, to the Beach, to downtown etcMy unit faces north and has a fab view over a ravine and to the city north of St Clair (no curtains!) … hard to beat.

Kabi was super friendly and professional, apartment building was in great condition for its age. Looks like the Superintendent is doing a great job.

Kingston Estates - Hazelview Properties
I am satisfied with the service, especially with Melanie, she is really helpful. however, the only thing that i don't give 5 stars because when they show you the unit, maybe that unit is only show unit. i end up with different unit when i rent, partly is my mistake because i did not pay attention to that. i am just realized when i already move to the unit but other than that all is good.
