Decent place, questionable customer service. It’s a large store with a lot of selection. I found that the clothing was a bit pricier than the already hefty chain thrifts, but the items were good quality. Apparently they are very dedicated to keeping an organized store... after my visit, an employee tapped on my car window and told me that she needed to know where I left the shirt that she saw me holding. I then had to walk back into the store and show her where the item was. I think it was a bit much to follow me into the parking lot and have me leave my car; if you are monitoring which items I am carrying you might just as easily watch for where I’ve left them. If it is totally necessary, it would be much more convenient to ask me before I leave the store. The experience with staff felt uncomfortable and a bit accusatory :/

Great thrift store! Great prices! Lovely owners who go out of their way to help. One of my top five favourites in all of Canada, so far, actually!

I had high expectations for this store and unfortunately it fell short. Clothes are mediocre. Entrance has horrible Feng Shui and looks tacky with stuff spilling out into the parking lot. Didn't have a good feel. Prefer Zoe's on 14 st anyday of the week. That store is amazing and has such character. Blackfoot thrift your 2 thumbs down !

Hmm, well parked and pulled open the door to not be greeted by a lady- but to tell us not to park, park sideways (no sign) , and she blocked the door from us coming in. Then we parked and came back in, it was ok, nothing to write home about, back part where clothes were OK! Although the personal disservice my bf felt when we opened the door, the clothing and trinkets were fine.

We visited this afternoon, we’re supposed to shop for our home needs but our baby got fuzzy due to lack of sleep. Zack and Kimberly were sooo nice and accommodating and they even gave us some free stuff. We’ll be back for sure.

I was hopeful for this thrift store, and there are lots of interesting items to look at, but prices are way too high! Used throw pillows for $6 and old t-shirts for $10, $4 for mugs...this is just as high as all the other thrift stores. So disappointing and it didn't look like they were making any sales. Parking is also very difficult to get in and out of.

Prices are ridiculous for poor quality clothing that had stains, rips and smelled awful. Was a mix of bottom of the barrel clothing with junky flea martket stuff ! Overcrowded and overpriced. Wouldn’t waste your time. Owner is an old arabic guy who was trying to get my friend to go on a date with him and wouldn’t leave us alone. Super creepy ! We were there to shop. He turned instantly rude, dismissive, and condescending when my friend truthfully insulted him by telling him he was old enough to he her dad, possibly grandfather and that she wasn’t interested. Not the way you should treat your customers, no matter what age they are ! Also the shoes i tried on smelt like someone had run a marathon in them and the heels my friend was looking at had dirty feet imprints. Totally Gross !

Hateful cashier woman working there. Prejudice to POC and rude to children. I love thrift shopping and visiting all the shops in Calgary. However, this shop is crossed off my list. Not friendly to POC.

I went to this store the first time recently with my daughter. She found some shoes for a great deal, and I found some household items. The store owner was so friendly, he offered my daughter to do a challenge to get a free item, she is shy, but I encouraged her to do try. She rocked the challenge and got the boots she had been eyeing up! It was fun and we will definitely be back! The customer service is outstanding!
