RRR Limousine Service

The limo service itself was great. On time, respectful driver and got us to and from our destination safely. 1 star review is coming from the aftermath dealing with payment, as usual a credit card was given for payment and to my assumption was to be charged the price I was quoted through email and over the phone. Upon checking days after I was charged much more than the quoted price, after emailing twice with no response I then called and again had no response. I was then given a short email response stating that taxes and gratuity were applied to the quote. After me responding again accepting the charges, I stated that not once, either on the website, in email or on the phone (when I confirmed the price I was given) were these extra charges noted. I was told to give them a call to discuss and after days of calling and messaging I have received not a single response. This limo service was great but this situation has turned me right off based on customer service and clarity within prices. I will not be recommending this company to anyone nor will I use them again. This was all communication with Paul from their company, not sure if other employees are different. Be wary using them as you are likely to be charged a different price and have no explanation about it...

I spoke with Randy a couple of times to book my service. The original quote he gave me mentioned that it was all inclusive and included a bottle of champagne. When we went to book the service he said his quote did not include the last leg of our trip. I went back and looked at my emails which specifically stated that it did include that portion. So Randy agreed he would honour the price, but I better know how to tip properly". I think this is incredibly unprofessional and rude and now he won't even return my calls. I am very unhappy with his lack of professionalism and will not be booking my wedding with him."

We hired RRR Limo for our son's birthday party.. Matt was our driver and I wanted to say that our experience was nothing short of perfect. He was punctual and more than patient with our fairly loud and excited boys. Communication with Randy to make the booking was easy, I would hire and recommend this company in heart beat.

Our absolute go to Limousine service. We have used RRR now for years for any events we attend downtown with another couple or group. The vehicles are always gorgeous, roomy, pristine set up for everything we need. RRR is always on time, easy to deal with and professional. We don't even call around anymore. This is the best limousine service around!

We hired RRR Limousine for both my son and daughters grad gatherings. Lucky enough to get Randy the driver both times, and the kids all said he made their experience a real good time. They all felt on top of the world during their rides. Thanks RRR Limousine. You most certainly get 5 stars for making the experience a safe ride. This was the first time we used RRR Limousine Service and let me tell you, it won't be our last time!We took a limo downtown to celebrate my birthday and our driver Randy was very kind, courteous, patient and professional. I HIGHLY recommend you use their services. Thank you again Randy, my night was awesome!

Brutal experience all around. Bring a towel if you book one of their party buses during the summer because the A/C is non existent. Great bus for weight loss if you can’t afford a sauna. Picked us up 45 minutes late which was nice as well. Would give lower than 1 star if possible.

I have to be honest, Randy is a real pro but is hard to get a hold of. He seems like a very busy guy especially in the busy summer (wedding and graduation) time. If you do your part and book well ahead of time you shouldn't have any issues. On our wedding day he was very professional and showed patience when I forgot where something was and he had to wait for us at the end of the night. I would use RRR limousine again.

My son had the party bus for prom. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. The bus was clean and very spacious, ideal for pulling up to the red carpet.

Took good care of my daughter on her grad :)
