Adam came to my house to give me a quote for AC unit. I had multiple quotes and he was hands down the most knowledgeable sales guy. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and he absolutely gave me the best offer of all. Install was great and I'd definitely recommend Trust Home to anyone who needs what they provide.

The crew that came out to install air conditioning at our new duplex were amazing. Although we had removed a lot of overgrown plants and bushes, they had to remove more to make room to fit the unit. It was an extremely hot day as well and the men got the job done in a timely fashion. They were pleasant, considerate and did a fantastic job. Review:Estimate was quick, complete and the estimator answered all my questions.Installers were excellent, professional and the job was finished in 2 days with the cost was as quoted.We thought we would have to move the water heater to complete the job. But turns out it was not necessary.So, for the cost of moving the water heater, I had the installers put in a humidifier.I had a question about the noise level and a service person was sent out the next day, to address the issue and solved it.The only issue I had was with the humidifier, when it came on, water leaked on the floor. I turned the humidifier off andcalled Home Comfort and they sent a service person out and stopped the leaking.Since it was a laminate floor, the edges curled up at the joints. There was about 100 sq. ft. of flooring that was affected.

Van, Lenny and his team installed my central AC and garage heater for my home 5 yrs ago. We have continue to use Trust Home to maintain our service. They have stood behind their work. Good communication, professional, knowledgeable and does good work. On May 18, 2023 we had our yearly annual central AC maintenance scheduled for 11am but the technician didn't call or let me know he will be late. He ended up arriving 30 mins later at 1130. Other than this, everything else had no issues. I would still recommned Trust Home and would still use them because of the great work they do. But hopefully, this is a one off thing and I would get notified next time if the technician is going to be late.

As things happens my hot water tank went down, after searching the web and being told no service men were available I contacted home comfort Steve the service rep arrived on site in 3 hours and trouble shooters the problem I had two choice make a repair on a 14 year old tank at 3/4 of the cost of new . As this was a no brainer I asked for a new tank installed . The next morning they arrived with a new tank and Harley and his team had it installed and hot water running in 3 hours . They did a fantastic job at fair price . I highly recommended Home comfort for any of yourHeatingNeeds. Thanks A lot and we now all can have a warm shower

I appreciate that Trust Home Comfort were able to book me in quickly and easily. After miscommunication with another company it was awesome how easy and pleasant it was to book the appointment with Ashley on the phone, I loved the confirmation of appointment text the day of, and the technician Dean was very helpful and friendly.

I used these guys for a furnace upgrade last year, and now an A/C install this year. Adam is always amazing and their team does the best work in the city. Excellent pricing and extremely quick to get your units installed (I’m talking just a couple days from quote to installation!). 12/10 would recommend!
