Chris is the best man for the job. He is knowledgeable and funny and will set you up with everything you. If you can’t get Chris’ service you might as well not go and wait until he’s available. Me and all my besties and my cat and my family all go to Chris. If you go to anyone else you hate fun. He’ll turn what is usually a boring + lame experience into a grand old time. Trust me.

Anthony at this store went above and beyond to help me sort out a complicated plan issue. His knowledge and expertise surpassed Fidos representatives in person and over technical support. During my time there, Anthony and his associates also gave me multiple options to help me. I was kept informed along every step of the way and it made my experience that much better. I cannot stress how happy I am with the service and support I got at this location. If you need a phone, plan or accessories, these people know their stuff inside and out.

Last weekend, I finally had to go replace my cell phone. I was rocking an iPhone 7 which gives you an idea of how often I upgrade because I hate the experience so much. Thankfully, James was working that day and walked me through the whole process quickly and painlessly. I walked out with exactly what I needed at a price I felt comfortable paying. He was huge help and I would be happy to work with him again. Great service!

If you need a new phone or plan, Anthony is your guy! He has been SO helpful even after getting signed up. He worked with what I told him I was looking for and went above and beyond to get me the best deal without pushing me to spend more. He was also able to find me as many extra credits and discounts as possible. He follows up after the sale to make sure everything is going well and will take care of any issues or questions that come up, even when he's busy. You can trust Anthony will take care of you! He genuinely wants to help and is amazing at his job!

If you need anything cellphone related Chris is your guy! I had lost my phone and Chris was able to hook me up with a brand new phone and better priced plan for only $8 more a month than I was originally paying. Not to mention the customer service was top notch. He’s transparent, knowledgeable, will help you save your coin, and we cracked jokes the entire time! Abithagii was amazing yesterday when I went in to upgrade from a darn awful iPhone to the Samsung S23 Ultra.He got all my stuff transferred, ensured I got full usage of the trade in credits that were available to me, lowered my plan by $10.00, lowered my monthly device payment price by half, gave me the 512 GB model for the price of the 252 GB model due to the limited stock available, AND ensured I had excellent additional extended warranty for the phone! 10/10 for outstanding customer service!Can't thank him enough and super grateful! If you want to be well taken care of, you go to him! Hands down!Thank you Abithagii!
