I needed some rings cut off for an upcoming surgery and they were more than happy to help at no charge! I went to numerous jewellery stores in the city and they either couldn't or wanted to charge ridiculous prices.JM Turner Goldsmith was super friendly, helpful and professional. My wife has an opal ring she cherished for many years and couldn’t wear it because it needed repairs. We moved back to this area last year and for her birthday we decided to take it to a jeweller here in St. Albert and have it repaired for her birthday. We left it for about a week and got a phone call saying it could not be repaired. We picked it up and remembering Jim from time we had spent in Morinville years before, decided to take it to him. We knew he made jewellery himself as my wife had some earrings he had made some 20 years ago and still loves them. He took the ring, spent some weeks with it and made it look like it was brand new again. She is so pleased to have the ring back to wear. My fiancé was deployed in England when he bought my engagement ring. He came home for Christmas and proposed with a perfect for me ring. (Amazing I know!!) He was so sure he got it in the right size but it was a little too big, so we brought it here the day before Christmas Eve hoping to have it resized before everything was closed for a few days. J M Turners not only took my ring in when they already had so many other customers orders but they had it resized to the perfect fit the SAME evening. The customer service from start to finish was incredible. My ring was perfect, shiny and back on my finger before I could truly panic about not having it on me. This review is a little late but I still am so thankful for the service we received and this business deserves another great review. Want to Thank Turners GoldSmith for fixing my wedding ring, was at work one day and noticed a claw that hold the diamond was sharp. Didnt realize the claw was broken. Took the ring to Turners and found out a couple of claws needed repair. Picked up the ring after repair and HOLLY it was sparkling like the day it was placed on my finger. I feel so much better knowing it was inspected and repaired. Thank you Turners

I was set on a simple pearl engagement ring. My fiancé went to multiple stores that said they wouldn’t do pearl rings because they are too soft. Turner’s was willing to order or custom make a Pearl ring. They found a Pearl ring for us that I loved except for the Pearl wasn’t quite the right size/set how I wanted it. I found a Pearl that I loved and Jim was incredibly kinda and easy to work with to customize this ring with the Pearl I wanted. Jim meets with you and completely hears you out on what you are looking for and makes it all come to life with incredible skill and craftsmanship. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a store that has better customer service and craftsmanship anywhere in the entire Edmonton area. Turner’s is THE place to go for any custom jewelry.

I've always had wonderful service. Their prices are great, and they have a great assortment of gift options. I've purchased jewelry from them & also had older jewelry repaired by them. I've always been very happy.

Got a custom ring made as a gift - it's absolutely spectacular! I was told, before it was even made, that if I wasn't happy with it, it would be redone. They are lovely people and I'm completely thrilled with my ring! I would recommend them to anybody looking for custom work.
