Unfortunately, we just had a terrible experience with this company. It relates to over-billing. We were provided with a quote for the driveway and a walkway for the four months from November to February. It was for $1,500. By the end of December, we had been billed about $2,400, which would translate to $4,800 for the year, more than three times the original quote. Now here we are half way through winter with no one to do the work and fighting for a refund.

Have had a working relationship with TNT for over 5 years. Professional service in a timely manner and at a competitive price. Highly reccommend !!

I appreciate Ryan for the world for him helping me out on my emergency. So the pipe underneath my irrigation valve snapped, right before the long weekend, this is for my rental ppty in Kelowna and I'm remote. Ryan was referred to me when I made some calls online. So when I called Ryan, he picked up the phone right away (on a long weekend), I explained to him the emergency situation and let him know that my new tenants were moving in on the same day and the issue needs to be resolved ASAP as the city had to shut off the main water valve so no water going to the house. Ryan was very caring, very understanding, very helpful. He knew the emergency for the essential service. So he got his crew to urgently come over in two hours, meanwhile instructed me to call BC one call to mark everything, also assured me that they will also use their equipment to double check just to be safe. His crew showed up as promised, did a lot of hard work to dig up the dirt, diagnosed the problem, sent me the picture, kept me informed on all updates. Very smooth communication, excellent experience. I truly truly appreicate and recommend Ryan and his team for that they have big hearts and care, and delivered their words. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH. I have passed on their contact to at least three other companies just in case they could use Ryan service in the future

A family run business that takes pride and always there to help even same day delivery, winter month they help us with sanding and de-icing along in the summer we use their trucking services and buy their soils, mulches and more. we will continue to work alongside TNT for years to come Ryan is honest and fair.

After asking for a number of quotes and doing due diligence research on the responding companies, we met with Alan, and received a competitive quote and the feeling that he was very motivated. He advised the company was enhancing their business by adding the landscaping portfolio.As time progressed however we started to get the run around and our project kept getting delayed. The first excuse was he drove over his phone and was waiting for me to call. He suggested he still wanted the job and would forward a formal quote for the project.Finally, when we thought we were finalizing the process and timeline he simply stopped communicating. With no explanation whatsoever.We moved on and started at the beginning.After doing all the pre research on the company, and seeing favourable reviews, we're now not impressed at all.At least we hadn't put any money out yet.
