Paris Nails

They did a great job! I got an acrylic ombre set and they did very well. Delicate and particular, polite employees as well.

i love the colour it turned out so beautiful. they spent the time to file my nails and listened to my concerns about the length, only concern was they left some polish on my skin i didnt notice until i left but i def will be going back

I've been there a few times. Very good work first few times. I stopped going because they became careless knowing I'm a regular customer! The last time that I was there my shellac manicure was removed by grinding. My nails were so sore & ruined. It's been 4 months & my nails are becoming healthy again. I will never go back. It's too bad, because they are capable of doing a good job. But too lazy or money hungry to have more people in.

I was there the other day for my nails, first of all I am surprised how does this place has this rating. The manager didn't know how to talk at all, she was so rude that the entire time I was sitting there it was just like too negative. she was very particular about she wanted to do not what I wanted. I also work in retail and I also know what customer service is and she literally didn't know what she was doing. I showed her a picture on my phone that I want these nails and she was like I can try doing it but can't assure the similar ones and I was okay thats not an issue I mean I don't expect you to copy the exact same but dude atlas watch out your tone, you could be a little polite and it was not the lady who generally is there her name is van it was the owner or the manager who was super rude. would not suggest anyone to go with a picture to be copied. you might not wanna ruin your day.

They had really good customer service. I thought the nail artist did a good job on my nails, but it isn't exactly what I wanted. Would I go back? Yes, but I'll do something a little more basic.

I loved how they did my nails, but one thing didn't like about is how they speak their language while doing my nails. am not being racist or anything but it just didn't feel right and unprofessional and I do believe everyone has the right to speak their language but this was just unacceptable. another problem was that the male staff would just go on and do what ever he wants, like am paying for it why can't you just hear out your customer and act on it.
