It was very good food and I loved the vibe. I was a little put off on the dirty bathroom but the staff was amazing and I will be there again! Definitely recommend

The atmosphere is very nice, nice big club chairs or high tables to sit at. In the summer there are nice Adirondack chairs to sit at outside.We were all pleasantly surprised by the selection of delights we purchased. I had some picky teenagers with me and they loved their ice cream and gelato.I have to admit all of the options were a bit intimidating at first, but I ended up with a great new drink.Picture a dark chocolate and orange flavoured hot chocolate with soft serve vanilla ice cream. It was like a Terry's chocolate orange meets a Spacebar. Delicious.Would definitely recommend.

So many choices here! The dipping selection is awesome. Ice cream itself is not the best though. Their gelato tasted good. Prices are a tiny bit above average for what it is. Chocolate is average.

Clean and spacious. Large variety from the menu. We tried two of they’re specialties which ressembles to queue de castor in my opinion. The dough is baked in oven rather than fried which is less oily but can be also a bit on the dryer side. I wouldn’t re-order these but would totally be interested to they’re milkshakes or ice cream. Interior is bright and spacious. Cute outdoor seating area and family friendly. Lot of parking space.

I used to love the famous Cafe-flavoured Lait chaud here. But surprisingly the taste & quality has come down in the recent times. Used to be my favourite shop! Loved the patio outside during summer

I am a frequent customer and today, Saturday, July 8, when I ordered some ice cream, the cashier made a mistake without charging an ice cream for a 5 year old girl. The surprise is that she said we had to pay for it, which we agreed to do (mini cone), however they failed to understand that it was an ice cream for a child and left her waiting for more than 15 minutes, until I had to go to tell them that the service was lousy and then they did it in a bad way.On the other hand, we were only able to buy “cream” because the Gelato machine is damaged (in the middle of summer).We tried to use the bathroom and there wasn’t toilet paper.The tables were dirty.Conclusión BAD experience today.

Pretty good shop with lots of different deserts to chose from. Their waffle and chocolate pizzas weren’t made in house which was a little disappointing. They do have good chocolate though!

Great dessert place with variety of chocolate options. The cafe chocolate for fondue was delicious and well balanced. The have dessert waffles, chocolate pizzas and I've creams. Great location with drive thru as well.

We ordered gelato as well as a royal sundae. The soft serve was okay, but not super impressive. The toppings were the best part of the sundae. The gelato was over-priced, in my opinion. Overall, friendly customer service. Worth trying once if you're curious and seeing for yourself.

Chocolato Place Portobello
There are a lot of choices of chocolate and desserts. It was so hard to choose as so many looked so good. I'm sure I will need multiple visits to try most of their desserts. I went for the gelato cake. There wasn't anything gelato about it, but it wasn't bad as they let you choose a chocolate to glaze over it. I really like the design of the store. There are many configurations of tables and chairs. There's even a fireplace and a drive through.
