Worst experience! On top what a unprofessional staff , I had my anatomy scan and the technician was rude as well she was yawning continuously like for an hour, what kind of healthcare practice was that? No ethics,no professionalism.I recommend not to book this centre for your services.

I regret not checking the reviews before coming. I had a horrible experience. I was 5-7 mins late for my appointment and I would have gladly accepted had they sent me away from the reception desk because I understand it was on me. However, ultrasound tech took me in and she was horrible from the get go. She kept making rude comments saying “why are you late? We have back to back patients after you. When you book an appointment its your responsibility to be on time.” She asked me if I drank enough water, I told her I finished more than a bottle before coming. She just straight forward started accusing me “first you are late and now you are lying. You haven’t drank enough water, we can’t do your ultrasound like this. You will have too wait and we don’t know how long it will take.” I told her I am leaving and need my requisition back. She panicked and asked me to rebook a couple of times. I said she had no right to be this rude the first thing in the morning and that I do not wish to come back. I didn’t make a fuss and left silently. I understand people not feeling top of the morning or frustrated with their work but them projecting it on others is what baffles me.

I had my prenatal ultrasound booked at this clinic and I'm so glad I got a chance a chance to experience their service. Absolutely no wait time for me and my sonogapher Sadaf was so kind and knowlegeable. She was so detailed in each step of the exam and made me feel so comfortable . I highly recommend this place especially Sadaf, consider yourself lucky if you get her as your sonographer :)

The interaction at reception was really horrible. In spite of an appointment they made my elderly mom wait long and let others in without appointment, it was completely mismanaged at reception. We were not informed and then reason given was “May be” you were late. After waiting 1.5 hrs we had to cancel our appointment. Please go there only if you have 2 hours in hand.

I had ultrasound appointment with sadaf naveed , i have seen her many time before . She was very kind and helpful. She is professional,I was comfortable with her. Even the staff of this clinic are really nice, professional and friendly. If you are looking clinic for ultrasound i would recommend this clinic.

My elderly relative had an appointment for an x-ray and ultrasound on their damaged shoulder. X-ray technician was great. They then waited past their scheduled appointment for the ultrasound. The technician that conducted the ultrasound was very unprofessional and complained the entire time about their back hurting them, then continued to blame the patient for causing extra stress on their back as they tried to maneuver the patient’s shoulder to properly complete the ultrasound, causing the patient excruciating pain. The technician then proceeded to berate the patient telling them their relative should have remained on site to help them re-dress and was annoyed they had to assist the patient. I asked to speak with the location supervisor to complain about the ultrasound technician’s treatment of the elderly patient the same day. I spoke to a staff member (Jillian) who advised me she knew who the technician was that I was complaining about. She advised she wasn't the supervisor of the location but would take my contact information and have the location supervisor (Terry) contact me. That was three days ago and no one from the location contacted me to discuss the compliant or apologize.Having miserable technicians take out their complaints and frustrations on patients especially the elderly is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Clearly the location supervisor doesn't care, nor do they want to address patient complaints. If this was their relative, would they have condoned this type of treatment? I think not!!!!

I would have given a 5 STAR rate because the Mammogram technical nurse is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and knew l was nervous as this was a call back from my first Mammogram two weeks ago in which she preformed.She is very professional but also understands the nervousness of her patients and has a calm and gentle voice you hear during the procedure.The ultrasound nurse was also very gentle and kind knowing this was my second return after l finished my Mammogram and understood my concerns.The reason l am giving a ONE star is because of the RUDENESS of your technician who is responsible for the Bone Density test.Her rudeness started when she saw l was left on my own in the Mammogram room as the technician nurse was making sure she was doing the appropriate Mammogram wanted.After my Mammogram was finished, she rudely entered my cubicle and asked if l had filled in the box in regards to a test for Bone Density.I told her l DID NOT as the requisition was given to me by the receptionist at my doctors office and it was MY responsibility to make the appointments at your office.I just read off what l saw on the requisition, obviously there had been a mistake made in regards to a Bone Density test at my doctors office which can happen in a busy office but your technician who l gather is responsible for the Bone Density tests was extremely rude to me and basically accused me of filling in the designated box for a Bone Density test.Advise to your board of directors:Your office has to be AWARE and REALIZE, your patients have now become their own DOCTORS as they have to advocate their health on their own and have to plan and arrange their own tests on the papers that are given to them in the RUSH of our family physician offices as they have many more patients waiting to see them.I understand this may have been an error at my family doctors office but l am beyond blessed and lucky to still have a Family Doctor but the way your Bone Density technician spoke to me was unacceptable!!!I am hopeful that l will be in no need of any further tests, if so, l will DEFINITELY not be returning to your office and will be making arrangements for all my medical files sent to another Diagnosis Imaging office of my choice.Mrs. P. If I could have given 0 star thats what they would have got. I called them earlier to confirm if they can take me for appointment. Over phone they told me that they can and once I reached their office they denied taking me in. I came all the way with a lot of pain just for them to say no. They could have told me over phone. How inhumane do have to be to play around with patients when you know they are in a lot of pain. Please stay away from this place. There are far better place then this.
