These guys are amazing!!! As I was walking down Eglinton I walked into their office and got a tax consult on the spot. Amazing service and really fantastic advice! They just opened their new location today a few hours before I arrived. Apparently I was the first one in. It is gorgeous and has a cafe at the front. Very cool. Highly recommend. They also offer other types of law besides tax.

My 15 minute consultation to answer a quick question was a dream. Dale understood my company's situation clearly and had simple, straightforward answers for me. It was a great conversation! I know where to go if I have future questions or issues.

Absolutely appalled at the service I received here regarding my husband and I's wills. We paid our retainer in October and it took 3 months for them to complete quite simple and basic mirrored wills. The main purpose of our will was for guardianship of our children as our assets are not complex. I had to follow up numerous times throughout the 3 months and also noticed that if you ask for any small wording changes in the drafts, not only does it take forever for a response, it is done carelessly. After finally confirming our draft, we were scheduled to go in to sign our wills. On the day before our signing, they called and said we had to reschedule after my husband and I both had to take a day off work for the signing. We're still waiting to sign our wills. Do not recommend this law firm at all, I'm not sure where the positive reviews have come from as that's why I initially chose them but I'm extremely disappointed.UPDATE:I'm updating my review to 5 stars after Penny promptly reached out to me after I gave her a call to discuss my review, and explain the will process that should have taken place. She apologized for the service I had received and was very understanding of my frustrations. She emphasized how this was not the typical will process and made me feel like a valued client despite the small size of my file. She ensured that the signing that had been cancelled was back on for the next day and further offered to provide me a full refund to rectify the situation (which I received within 1 business day). I fully appreciated and was impressed by her customer service and would go back to the firm as a result of her actions. Thank you Penny!

Dale Barrett and his team have been great. They've helped me deal with the CRA and have handled my tax matters for many years. They've been around for a very long time and have a large and competent team. I would highly recommend them if he CRA comes knocking on your door.

They took my money in February to provide a letter of advise which I’ve been waiting on now for 5 months. They never answer their phones nor emails. It seems like a scam. I gave them one last chance to provide the letter of advise today failing that I’m filing a formal complaint to have them investigated by the Law Society of Ontario.

They Reduce Tax Stress!As part of the Accountant Alliance program, Dale has always been very quick to respond to my tax queries. He has really helped to reduce a lot of stress in my practice with his expert knowledge on the Canadian Income Tax Act. I'm glad I have him in my corner!

I love the new location!!! I have been dealing with Dale for years, but have always dreaded the drive to Vaughan. I am so glad the Eglinton location is ready!!! And it's in the Lawyers & Lattes legal cafe. How awesome is that? Same service. Better location.
