Staff were excellent and accommodating. My dog had surgery and could not be left alone, and my husband needed something as he was in the middle of fixing something. They allowed me to put her in a carriage. I got my purchases and my dog was safe. Thank you so much for the accommodation.

Associates were very helpful knowledgeable knew where the products were when person on cash four people in line an associate working beside us at the chips and I thought oh she probably doesn't know cash but when she got ready she went to a registering customer should be tops ..... so that we have a job to go to ...still five stars Thank you

Great service. Sump pump died within the 2 year warranty and because they had a record of it under our phone number we got a replacement no problem at all. Allison was great!!!

Paul and his staff are phenomenal! They go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. They are always super friendly and asking if help is needed. Their customer service should be awarded 10 million stars! Thank you all for your hard work!!

Not a fan of the Brantford store. Seems like items I am interested in consistently do NOT have the price displayed. Store seems disorganized also. Recently I broke a 1/2 to 3/8" adapter. Brought it in the first time and customer service said computer was down??? The cash and debit still worked. Second time a different customer service lady said I need to bring in the whole Titan set. I suggested that she just give me the one I needed. Couldn't do that she said. I looked in the isles where these items are kept and I saw none of that brand in stock. I did see a power fist brand of the same tool but I was never offered that option. I really didn't feel like standing in line again to be told no or whatever . I'll just shop at Canadian Tire

So I previously posted a poor review of the customer service I recieved over Christmas. I would like to update that Princess Auto reached out and more that rectified the situation. Very happy with their customer service and I do appreciate them making thing right.
