I have visited many other hot tub stores looking for the perfect tub for my home. Nick, Bjorn and their team are the best the Hot Tub business has to offer. Not only do they supply great products but their customer service is amazing. Even after our tub has been delivered we are still able to call them with any questions we may have. Thanks Team!

We recently purchased our hot tub and met with Nick. He is one of the owners of the store. We had visited a number of retailers who in the end, made us nervous and confused. But Nick made it all make sense! It is apparent he is an expert and is well regarded in the hot tub industry. And best of all, he wasn't just focused on selling us any old hot tub he could. He was most interested in pairing us with the best value for our budget. He took the time to explore with us why we were considering a hot tub in the first place and then provided relevant information. He reminded us that we are buying the hot tub for stress relief and family time and focus on that. My husband and I highly recommend visiting this store and before finalizing your decision.

I would never recommend this business to anyone. We purchased a brand new hot tub in 2020 (pre-Covid). It was delivered, damaged and unusable. The control panel was defective. They would not replace the hot tub (we asked), they would only repair it. Remember, it was brand new, never used. Why am I paying close to $20k for a hot tub that seems like it’s refurbished? When asked what they would offer us as an act of good faith or more so, for customer retention, we were offered 2 bottles of chemicals. 2 small bottles of chemicals valued at maybe $50? We had to wait over a week for it to be repaired and shortly after that the speakers went. Again, the hot tub is not even 3 months old at this point. 6-7 months after that, another issue with the same speakers. Then another speaker, the waterfall feature - twice, jets and now the motor, we clearly got a lemon, and I will tell you, their customer care is atrocious. The guys that answer the phone sound like they could care less and also want you to do the leg work for them.If you’re looking to purchase a hot tub, I would steer clear of here.

After deciding on purchasing a hot tub my wife and I went searching for the right tub for us to purchase. After looking around for awhile a friend refered us to Backyard Retreat where we dealt with Nick. Nick took his time with us and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision on the tub that was best suited for us and our budget. He is very knowledgeable. He certainly knows his hot tubs. We decided to purchase their house brand the relax 8 model. So far we are extremely pleased with our purchase. The Backyard Retreat staff are all also well trained and knowledgeable on the products they sell. I would highly recommend Backyard Retreat to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub. You will not be disappointed.

We purchased our swim spa back in 2020. I cannot say enough about our purchase. The customer service that we received and still receive today is incredible. They are always there to help with any questions I have and believe me I had quite a few. Bjorn helped us with picking out the swim spa and even allowed my husband to take a swim in the spa that we were interested in. I’m telling you the service here is great. They are so professional and knowledgeable.Not going to lie, we are in this spa all the time, all year round. It’s so relaxing and for my husband the swimming is his favorite. When summer comes around, we use it mostly to swim or just to float on our favorite floaty. We just love to entertain our friends with the spa. I've bought 3 tubs from Backyard Retreat over the many years.I am overly impressed with their level of customer service and knowledge of hot tubs.I've been in other hot tub stores and felt overly pressured to buy from desperate sales people.I delt with Nick & Logan. They are a father and son team!
