The Orchard at Oliver

Well I'm not sure what this place looked like pre covid but post covid wasn't great.Website shows a pool and hot tub , pool was drained and empty and hot tub was out of commission nonword about that on their website. We rented a cabin which had a smell. They tried to cover it with 2 air fresheners but they had a very strong smell so we unplugged them and then you got a smell of skunk? The mattress on the bed has indents lol maybe flip the mattress folks.They have a good location and it is quite there. The place is affordable if you're budget conscious you might look at this place but no pool or hot tub was a big disappointment .

Only one star given specifically due to negative interactions with the manager, Krista Higgins. She took no accountability for the errors made in our reservation nor the over charges that she made. We found her to be rude, unreasonable, unwilling to listen, and threatening. Lots of room for improvement in the customer service area. However, that being said, the owner and the lady that took our initial reservation were polite and informative. Facility is fine and the location is good.

Great friendly motel, room was clean and self check in made arriving very easy. Perfect base for visiting the local wineries and after a hot day out the pool is a welcome sight.

Room 1 is right beside the residence. They were doing laundry on the other side of the wall at 8 to 10 pm. It's kind of noisy.

3 night stay in RV park. Back in, full hook up.Great little park. Nice shady spot. Quite. And pool was refreshing. Only con was millions of cherries on ground to step in. Would stay here again.

Great little motel and RV park. My first stay here and we’ll be back. Room and bathroom very clean. Stayed in a comfort inn the week before the bed was disgusting. Here the sheets were crisp and clean. Staff was excellent eager to help with suggestions on places to go or extra towels or more TP.Dennis and Tammy B from Ennismore Ontario

Made our reservation a couple of months back, based on the fact this was a 'pet-friendly' hotel. I contacted them a week ahead of our arrival to request a pet-friendly room. Was told they only had one room that was pet-friendly, and it wasn't available for us. I said that was disappointing to hear, and was then told it was my fault, that I should have let them know ahead of time (which I had done) and should have read the small print more clearly (it doesn't say they only have one room for pets, just says 'pet-specific' rooms, and only one dog weighing under 20lbs, with extra charges) - really unpleasant customer service from Krista. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place, and I feel they shouldn't advertise as being pet-friendly.Or very customer-friendly, in my experience.

A bit deceitful in that they have pictures of their once pool. They need to make it clear that they no longer have a pool. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Lots of fruit that you can pick.

Small little place, the water in the shower and the sink was a little bit odd, however, still five stars because it definitely exceeded my expectations. Pricing was good, everything was clean, and I love the self check in where they text you all the info you need a few hours before you get there so that when you get there you can go straight to your room and punch in the code. Good place to stop in

Lovely room and very friendly staff! They have plenty of parking which was helpful as we had a larger vehicle and good wifi.
