The best customer service from sales associate Jocelyn! Ordered a pair a Boulet boots, called to question sizing on the pair I ordered. Jocelyn went above and beyond for me! She literally tried on 6-7 pairs measured her foot was super patient and when I received the boots today .. perfect sizing! I would have never ordered the size 7, all the reviews said to size down by a half size but I sized down 1.5 sizes based on her judgement! I would have had to pay shipping to return, saved me time and a huge expense! Thank you so much!! Amazing sales associate!

Drove from Quebec 12 hours to Parents next day planned visiting. Grand Daughter found her saddle she had been searching for. But of course Same place we found her mothers years ago. Very happy customers once again. Staff was great.

I picked up a lovely used Bighorn barrel saddle there. The ladies bent over backwards to help me learn some very helpful hints about Western tack. My background is English. They helped me pick and attach some modifications and gave advice in case in need additional changes. The saddle fits the horse perfectly and my granddaughter is going to be delighted. I have to say I am pretty disappointed with the experience I had here, it was recommended to me by several people and all the reviews were amazing. But buckle up, it's a long review. I recently bought boots from their website and did curb side pickup. I got the Women's Old West Snip Toe Boots LF1579 for $169.99 and went to pick them up the following week. When I got them, I noticed right away that there was no box and thought it was odd. I pulled out one boot just to look before I left and I noticed the bottoms were worn. I chalked it up to the boots being the floor model and they were likely tried on many times. However when I got home, I noticed just how worn they were. These images are just some of the defects. I called later and explained the situation and the woman on the phone said Well I didn't pick them so you will have email and someone will get back to you on Monday." No explanation

I only come here for all my horse needs! Huge selection of western, English, first aid, general maintenance and clothing. They always have some amazing sales going on and the staff are very friendly and truly want to help you with your equine partner. I always look forward to my PR afternoon shopping sprees!
