I wanted to support this local business but....Contacted for a quote and 2 weeks later still no quote. I have called them 3 times. I gave up waiting and contacted a glass company in Mississauga. Got a quote in 2 minutes and glass is now ordered.

I tried to get a quote from this place over the phone. The person who received the call sounded not interested and said to email for a quote and I did email them but never heard back even after 2 weeks. I hope this is not how it should be done. If you can't process anyone's request just simply say we are not able to do it.
