Went here to get my eyebrows waxed the day before my prom. The lady ripped off half of my one eyebrow and left the other one fine. She told me that she didn’t touch the eyebrow and that’s how it was when I came in. Worst eyebrow waxing experience ever.

Went in for a trim and some layers...i should have waited until a better salon had available appnt...but i really wanted a trim that day. .after she did my hair i had shorter chunks of hair over my ears but the front was longer? She had styled it so of course you dont fully notice til you go home and restyle...sooooo bad!! After reading reviews which i should have read earlier, i quickly realised that nothing would be done to compensate and there was NO way i was going back to get it fixed. Went to a different place and i actually saw with my own eyes just how uneven and chopped up my hair was...ridiculous..and they charged me 50 dollars whereas the fix up was only 30..love my hair now...buyer beware. Chop this place off your list!!

My daughter went for “light brown “ highlights on long dark brown hair and came out with patchy blonde highlights that were an inch away from her scalp. She literally cried once she looked in the mirror. She called to speak to the manager who actually was the lady who did the highlights and this woman said “that’s what you asked for, you have no witnesses”, even with colour aside. What about the ridiculously unacceptable job. Some compensation is needed here.

DO NOT GO HERE. The lady was terrible, did not seem to know what she was doing and she was the manager. I asked for light brown highlights in my dark brown hair. She bleached the whole front of my head and put nothing in the back and charged me over $100. When I called to complain she said I had no witnesses and it was my fault that I had box dyed hair. Very disappointed. The next week I had to pay another $100 to get it fixed.

Manager here is too prideful. She is very rude to the workers. Instead of teaching/guiding them, she blasts them. She is very insensitive. One worker was so distraught from her dog being put down later that day and she wouldnt even let her leave to say goodbye to him.

What an amazing experience today with Sughanti and Angela! I came into the salon to cover up my greys and I left with a beautiful colour job and many tips from the knowledgeable and experienced Angela. She provided tips on blow drying and how to apply serum to your hair to avoid frizz. Sughanti did a wonderful colour job covering my greys. She was patient and kind with all of my questions. I highly recommend this salon for the service and price. Thanks Ladies:)

Mostly ok especially for the price. One of them was quite rough combing my daughter's hair and didn't notice or care that she was crying. Another one styled my hair not nicely at all. I guess you have to know the particular stylist. Now I know someone and she's pretty good with the routine things that I need. Once we left something valuable there and even though we looked for it for months no one called us (they had our number) and they just?stuck it in a drawer. The object was dropped by mistake. Months later one of the ladies told me oh there's something of yours left here for a long time.
