Working with Chris was a wonderful experience! He had set to work, before my husband and I even showed up, at reviewing our house. The moment we stepped in the door he educated us on his process of searching and grading a house, his background and qualifications, and what we could expect. He patiently answered any of the questions we had that came up. More over, he was able to show us things (issues or simply quirks of the house) as new homeowners we never would have imagined to ask about, and we're so glad we did. Now we know exactly what we need to do for our new home to stay safe and spend our money wisely! Thank you so much Chris, your work and report were excellent!! We will gladly give you a call if we are needing another inspection in the future.

Best home inspection! Chris was easy to talk to, an excellent communicator! Very professional, concise and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Very thorough and trustworthy. We opted for the sewer scope which gave us peace of mind with an older home (nice to have the option). The report is very detailed yet organized and easy to read. I have since contacted him with follow-up questions and have found he’s very responsive. Highly recommend! I’ll be sure to contact him again for future home inspections.

Christopher was extremely thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and was really easy to talk to. He was very familiar with the area our house is in, which gave me peace of mind to know he had been doing this for a long time and knew what he was talking about and how our house compared to others. I also really liked his online portal with an easy-to-read inspection report that is convenient and easy to access. Highly recommend!!

Chris at Guardsman Home Inspections was super responsive, easy to work with and very accommodating to arrange the inspection. He was on time (actually earlier than me) and was very professional. He took his time looking through everything inside and outside of the house (including a drone video of the roof!) and made sure to explain everything to me as he did so.
