Simon got me the just released and hard to get Integra Type S after just three weeks of meeting with him! There were some mandatory but useful add-ons, but no games with him and this dealer. Everything was clearly laid out, no BS. I was also pleasantly surprised to hear that synthetic oil changes at recommended interval is free of charge with Erin Mills Acura as long as I own the car. I do plan to own this car for at least 10 years so this is a really nice bonus.Prior to this I had a terrible experience trying to get a 2023 Civic Type R at an Oakville dealer, one that took my deposit almost two years ago, avoided communication since new management until I walked in and demanded an audience, then ghosted me again after we had reached a deal. Simon made sure I didn't have to wait longer for the Type S which has the same underpinnings as the Type R.Love the car so far and looking forward to working with Simon and Erin Mills Acura again!

I had come to this location to try the RDX and the MDX. I am a Southeast Asian woman under 5 feet. I had told the sales rep who I was introduced to about my want to test drive both cars. The sales rep kept repeating that its a big car and was unwilling to let me test drive it until my husband told him that it was a my car and I wanted to test drive it. After I walked out I was disappointed with the way I was treated and when the rep called to follow up I told him that I would not be working with Acura for my new purchase because of his attitude.
