McKenzie Stephen Dr

Dr. Stephen Mckenzie is an excellent doctor who takes the time required to carefully diagnose and explain everything and does not rush you as most doctors do. However, it is next to impossible to contact his office as either nobody picks up the phone and, if I am lucky enough to leave a voice mail, since the voice mailbox is always full, there is never a call back. As a last resort I had to send a fax last month to reschedule my appointment which I tried to do again this morning, since it was not possible to leave a message as the voice mail box was full, but the doctor's office fax seems to be shut off and I could not transmit the fax and I am unable to communicate to the doctor that I will not be able to see him this morning for my scheduled appointment due the sad and sudden demise of a close friend and will have to call back to reschedule.

The best neurologist you could ever get in Mississauga, or maybe in Canada. Thank you, dr. McKenzie.

Neurologists are far and few in betweeen. After meeting 2 in Windsor and 3 of them here he is the best so far.I'm happy my file landed on his desk because i don't need a know it all, I need someone with meny years of patients hes met to draw on the signs . It's an incredibly detailed job so it's hard to get right but he asked the right questions . He was tired and I forgot to tell him my history but he got the gist and ordered the 2 MRI'S that I needed.

Dr. McKenzie is an exceptional doctor! I was with my husband during his initial assessment for his PPMS. He took the time to explain everything. No questions were left unanswered. He didn't rush us and I truly felt better after the appointment. His medical staff are amazing as well and went above and beyond especially during Covid times. My husband is very lucky to have this doctor on his side!!

Since Mar 21 (6 months) waiting for their referral to get my carpal tunnel surgery and no reply, no single message sent to my family doctor regarding my results .... the main problem of the clinic is management

It was with great sadness that I heard of the passing of Dr MacKenzie.He was the best neurologist who worked through treatments to help with my severe migraines.He took a genuine interest, always listened and greeted with a smile.Our families shared many interests such as skiing, cycling and horsesback riding as evidenced by his many, proudly displayed family photos that we talked about often.I will truely miss our chats and his support.Deepest sympathy to his loving family.Bless you Dr. Mackenzie, you have touched so many lives.

Wonderful Doctor! Takes time with you and treats you like a human being. I highly recommend him.
