South end florist

Big thanks to south end florist for quickly making up for a bad delivery. Even during the busiest of holidays (Mother’s Day) they managed to pull it together and make it up for my recipient. Thank you so much and look forward to further business with you.

I placed an order for flowers for my sister for delivery early in the morning after confirming on email about the availability of delivery at 7 am. On her birthday, she did not receive any flowers. After contacting them again on phone regarding it, the florist claimed to have thought it was 7 pm but they still did not deliver the flowers. Since 15 days I have contacted them multiple times for a refund but they do not respond or refund. I would advise against using the services of this business because it seems to be a hoax and try for some other florist.

last year same time I order these beautiful roses for My wife on our Anniversary and she loved them, so I'm trying to order with the same flower shop but something different and I'm saying to the lady I'm definitely coming today which November 10th and our 12 years anniversary is on the 11th and the lady is telling me I have to pay upfront just in case I don't make it or something comes up but I'm telling her I will be definitely coming before 7pm no matter what and she still says no to me, of course I'm mad now and have to cancel cause I guess she doesn't believe me.. Not cool at all lady .. just how could I not come to get the flowers if it's my 12th year anniversary.. plus paying cash !!!! now I have to find someone else..... MESSAGE FOR EVERYONE IF U TRYING TO ORDER FLOWERS AND DONT PAY UP FRONT THEY WILL TELL U NO!!!!!!

I placed an order for a 'baby girl congratulations - a little wagon with a bouquet. It was delivered within a couple of hours and was absolutely beautiful. A lovely gift I was proud to give. They did a wonderful job. Thank you so very much."

These guys have always been very helpful and professional. The few times I've gotten flowers here the arrangements have been BEAUTIFUL. They did fail to have my order ready one time but they remedied that within ten minutes.
