GREAT SERVICE !I needed to order a dipstick for my son's car. Shortly after I ordered the part from Gerry, he called back to let me know about a recall that wasn't done. Was transferred over to service where Tom looked after us with great professionalism. We truly appreciate the great service. Would highly recommend and will be back !

The Service department has excellent customer service. The service desk team provides incredible advice, very well detailed and friendly, which generates a feeling of security and confidence.Wendy MacNay is an incredible professional, dedicated to helping clients with any concerns and questions they may have. I traveled an hour from Kingston to Smith Falls to have my car checked since I had not had a good experience at another Dealer near my house but the service in Smith Falls was incredible and it is the reason to return to the next services for my car.

After 3 visits at my local dealer for an engine malfunction message that would throw my car into limp mode, i decided to reach out to SF Nissan as a last chance to get my 2022 Rogue either fixed or a reasonable explanation why this was happening. The service manager, Wendy, was quick to reach out to me to listen to my concerns, answer my questions and get me in to have the car inspected. In less than one hour, Wendy and her team were able to diagnose and repair my vehicle that ended up being very minor, which my regular/local dealer could not do in 3 visits. The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I am extremely impressed about the entire experience and although it’s a bit of a drive for me, I will be bringing my vehicle to them from now on. Thank you Wendy & service team!!! I recently purchased a new car from Smiths Falls Nissan and my experience was very satisfying. Both Derek and Kevin were professional and knowledgeable. Derek worked to find the right car for me within the parameters of my budget and the options required for my lifestyle. From past experience I know the service department is amazing. I have recommended SF Nissan to friends considering a new car purchase as a place to do business and feel like you have been treated well and valued as a customer.

Great Service! Very helpful. Explained in great detail what they were going to do on the car. They were very quick to get my car in and serviced. They cleaned my rims when the put the new tires on. Did the overview at billing to make sure that I was satisfied. Called me the next day to see all was good with my car. Very happy with the service.

Always enjoy my servicing. I feel like I'm treated like family being warmly greeted and promptly served. I was extremely grateful when I was offered a loaner car to be able to get some coffee without getting drenched. Tom, Penny and Wendy are always willing to follow through on any niggly issues your vehicle may have. I especially liked the complimentary clean and shine performed on my tire swap.
