Leia, was a wonderful facilitator. Her calming energy allowed for me to feel safe and comfortable to be open and honest with myself. The journey was well received by myself and have never felt lighter. My anxiety/stress decreased 7 folds with the techniques and tools she provided for me. You have to be ready and open for this type of experience to really get the full benefits. Truly recommend.

Leia was lovely to work with. I must admit I was a bit of a skeptic as I am one of those people who loves control and I thought it would be impossible for my mind to become relaxed during this process, especially virtually, but we did it! Leia created a safe space, shared her wisdom and energy and had me crying in almost every session. This should be mandatory for every woman. I signed up to conquer fears around public speaking but came out with so much more information and confidence around self-worth. After 4-session, I feel this calmness in my life. This self awareness, a healthier way of speaking to myself and a full toolbox for tough days. Highly recommend.

It is difficult to articulate the magnitude of benefits I've experienced through only a few sessions with Leia and a subsequent session with Alessandra. After the sudden loss of my husband I was experiencing overwhelming anxiety. After my first appointment with Leia I was able to start managing and looking at my anxiety in a completely different way. I successfully worked with experienced hypnotherapists in two occasions in the past, but my 3 sessions with Leia were simply the most effective! The main reason I took the sessions was a very traumatic professional experience, that led me to wake up and go to sleep having internal dialogues on how it could have been different, for over 2 months! My experience with Leia was truly amazing and I would highly recommend seeing her. I’ve tried the typical psychotherapy approach but find that hypnotherapy is way more effective in healing whatever psychological struggle you are going through. If you have the chance to work with Leia, you will find that she genuinely cares about you and will go above and beyond to help you find the root cause of your pain and address it until you overcome those negative emotions. Even outside of our sessions she was always checking in on me to see how I was feeling, and I knew if I felt any sort of anxiety or stress, I could send her a message and she would call me to help ease my anxiety. Through hypnosis, she brought me to places where I could get rid of all my negative emotions and limiting beliefs, helped me find my safe place where I can go whenever I start to feel any sadness or anxiety, and guided me to figure out the life that I want to live and the qualities that I want for myself. Every session is extremely emotional so be prepared to cry a lot, but a lot of my crying was due to overwhelming happiness during our sessions. I would recommend seeing her in person if you can, because her presence and aura is extremely warm and comforting to be around.
