I went into this store to find a pair of work shoes and some sandals. There were a number of sales people walking around, but none asked if I needed any help. After wandering around for quite some time, I approached a sales person, who looked at me like I was intruding. This person could not stop yawning, would not look me in the eyes, looked bored, and kept their back turned to me the whole time. They directed me to the aisle, grabbed a pair of shoes, handed them to me. I turned to ask a question and they were gone. The adventure continued at the check out counter. I dropped some serious money there, and felt so awful when I left I decided to call the manager to explain what happened. Their response was that the sales person was having a bad day, sorry for your experience. Seriously? I will not shop there again. I was so disappointed. Go to the Kitchener store, they have much better customer service!

I was in the store last week for shoes for my children. Struggled trying to find the right size or even get help sizing my children's feet.Three people stood around the cash, and saw the handful of customers in the store, but instead of engaging with them they just kept chatting amongst themselves --it was a wierd vibe. Then one of them saw me looking at them and asked if we needed help. Yes-yes! that would be great-Thankyou!" I replied. We gave them the shoes we were looking for ....They walked through the isle

Visiting from Australia and had the absolute best service from any shoe store I have ever been to. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Would absolutely recommend making a stop here and browsing their wide selection of shoes.

Bought winter boots for my daughter who had been sick: so she couldn’t come into store. The guy at the checkout stated just bring boots back if they don’t fit for exchange. He failed to mention I needed to keep box. Long story short the boots don’t fit, I’m $100 short and they didn’t take the exchange because I didn’t have the box lol. Original receipt purchased within 48 hours.Pathetic way to treat your customers. I’ve bought multiple shoes from there but don’t plan to go again.

Been a customer for over five years never going back. Sold a defective pair of non-slip shoes and refused to even talk about granting a refund. Honestly there's better prices and selection elsewhere and I would recommend going elsewhere. Staff was also very rude and not accommodating whatsoever.

Another onea my favorites! Almost every brand name you can think of, they will more than likely have what you are looking for! In the off chance that they do not carry what you are looking for, they will inform you if another store in the area does have your shoe or whatever you are looking for. To me that is exceptional customer services. I bought my spring time Timberlands and what is possibly the most comfortable slippers ever. Cheers.

Have gotten the majority of my shoes & boots here. I need good footwear ,& can usually find something I like & that can last for years.
