Helping Hands Daycare Pickering

It was a stressful process choosing a daycare for our daughter (especially during Covid). We are so glad we went with Helping Hands Pickering. Our daughter loves going there and really enjoys all the activities. All the staff treat her so well and give her lots of love. We couldn’t ask for a better spot!

Helping hands, Pickering location is amazing. We have been with them for six years. Our kids love it there. Jenn, the manager is amazing. The teachers there are fantastic, and works so well with the kids. They make your kids feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I would highly recommend.

I'm very picky with childcare and Helping Hands Pickering have outdone themselves proving that they are a cut above the rest. I am at peace while at work knowing my kids are in great hands. The staff are so friendly and care for the kids as their own babies. Do not hesitate making them the caregivers for your little ones.

Where do I begin?It's been good 10 months since my daughter started going to this care. We are extremely happy to have found this place. The staffs are amazing and they always go above and beyond to make sure my daughter is happy and safe. Himama app is the highlight. Because it gives us a real time activities of my daughter. We get to see some pictures of her/ what she ate that day for snacks and lunch and washroom schedules etc. We are so happy that we found a safe environment for my daughter. The receiving staffs in the morning are full of smiles with welcoming attitude. My daughter talks about her daycare after she comes home. She is full of smiles when she talks about her friends and teachers. I'm glad she gets to have fun and learn new things everyday. Huge shout-outs to all the staffs for working hard especially during pandemic. Jenn is simply the best (the supervisor).

When I was first looking for day care 7 years ago I toured at least 10 daycares. Helping Hands Pickering was the last one, and I knew I had found it. The staff were friendly, the rooms were big and had a lot of natural light. The outdoor play area is private. This daycare is further from my home than any other I looked at, but I knew it was the right one! My second child attends now and loves it! Using the HiMama App, the staff sends me daily photos of my kids having fun and learning, and a comprehensive report at the end of the day.We are so glad that we chose Helping Hands Pickering to care for the most precious things in our lives: our kids.

My family has been going to helping hands daycare since 2010, originally I was referred by a family friend. Right away I felt comfortable and at ease that my 1yr old daughter and 7yr old son were attending. Jen the manager/coordinator is very easy and welcoming to communicate with, she is a very honest and considerate person. Jen’s staff is also amazing and are really attentive to all the kids. This daycare is one of the best in Pickering and would recommend to anyone that is uneasy about daycares, they will make every effort to make you feel comfortable.

Our daughter has been going to Helping Hands since she was an infant. We began at the Pickering location, did a brief stint at the Courtice location, and now she is back at the Pickering daycare.We are always kept informed on any incidents, her mood, planned activities for the day etc. And we receive plenty of photos throughout the week through the HiMama app. Best of all, she comes home happy!We would highly recommend Helping Hands Daycare.

Great daycare ! Very clean and organized . All of the staff members I’ve had encounters with are very welcoming and helpful! My son loves attending, and I feel more than comfortable leaving him in their care. Keep up the great work ladies & thanks for contributing to my little guys growth ! Cheers!

I registered my son at this daycare during the pandemic and not being able to get an up close experience of everything inside was a bit nerve racking for me. My mind was put at ease when I met with Jenn (supervisor) who was very transparent, informative, and sensitive to the current climate. His teachers, Sophie and Jenna, are amazing with responding to any questions/concerns through the HiMama app and keep you up-to-date with photos in real-time of your child and the activities they're doing.My son comes home very happy and chatty of stories about his day and I simply couldn't ask for anything more!

Our family has had such a fabulous experience with Helping Hands Pickering over the past 6 years! The teachers are amazing and our kids absolutely loved going. It was incredible to watch our kids thrive and grow in their care.The teachers are attentive, professional and friendly and the daycare is kept very clean, bright and welcoming! It has an amazing outdoor playground and it was extremely comforting to receive updates and photos of our kids throughout the day.We always knew our kids were in great hands and we couldn't have ask for a better experience! I would highly recommend Helping Hands Pickering!
