Alpha Detailing has assisted myself and North Bay Mazda with our pre-owned vehicles for almost 5 years. We have always been satisfied with the customer service, pricing and work completed.

This is the 2nd time I went, ( a week ago) and as always the customer service was wonderful. Everything I wanted was done and done very very well.

Alpha Detailing has provided me with excellent service every time I have had my vehicles detailed. I have found that their attention to detail is fantastic. I appreciate the times that they have respected my privacy for items that may have been left in the vehicle, especially during this pandemic.If for some reason a small spot that I notice has been overlooked the detailer always will offer to clean that spot. But this happens rarely.The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a modified service however I have always found them accommodating to my needs. They are very careful to provide a contactless service to ensure safety for all. So appreciated during these times.I would highly recommend Alpha Detailing to anyone who loves to give their vehicle that extra attention.
