I just wanted to share an honest review for any dogs that are nervous or reactive, this is NOT the place for them. I was referred to by this place by another groomer who had said they were good with nervous dogs. I trusted the recommendation and was assured by their reviews. However, I got a call shortly after dropping her off saying they wouldn't be able to groom her because she was too nervous. When I arrived, I understood why... they are quite busy and groom a considerable amount of dogs (all sizes) at once. They do not have the capacity to focus and care for the comfort of each individual dog. This environment was very overwhelming for my 5 lb toy poodle with nervous tendencies and unfortunately they had left her caged in a corner by herself until I came to pick her up which probably didn't help the situation. They did give me a recommendation for another groomer that would be better suited and apologized, and I am sure that they do a good job for other dogs. However, this is just a PSA for those with nervous or anxious dogs to find a different groomer.

My dogs came out sooo good looking I couldn’t even believe it! One of my dogs didn’t let me brush her legs and tummy, nor did she let me clip her nails, but Paw Palace could do them all. Plus the price was great, so I was very happy about it. Would definitely go to Paw Palace from now on.

Oh my gosh Peeps these guys are so AWESOME! I thought I was going to be judged my poor fur baby was so in need for everything!! But she grabbed him from me no problem cause he was not to clean!! When I picked him up I almost cried! He was so happy and looked soooo GOOD!! Thank you Leng sorry if spelled wrong?

Helen is amazing. My white Pomeranian has been pampered by Paw Palace since he was a little puppy. very clean environment and caring staff. Today, he also got a Christmas bow tie as a gift from Paw Palace. Thank you!

Great place for my puppy's(J) grooming ; professional, kindest & caring services ofall staffs(especially Helen is the best) ; after grooming, my puppy's paws & nose are shining and smells so good as well ! :) I already have booked next grooming for two times in advance sincethey're so busy all year long

Look no further - this is the best place for dog grooming. We tried a few other places around town but they don’t compare to the quality of cut Paw Palace provides. My dog always comes in with matted fur and they do an exceptional job with being gentle and thorough with the cut. 10/10 job, every time. Dog smells really good too!

You need to book in advance and regularly. I went in to send my scruffy cat for grooming, claws trim, and sanitation trim. She came back to me all clean, like a whole shade lighter. It was like she has edges now to her shape.

They are very professional. I had hard time to do my dog’s nails, but they trimmed nails so perfectly within 10min.
