Richmond Air Plus Hair Salon

This place is awesome. I had my hair cut last weekend by Barney. And he did an amazing job. I live in Chilliwack and unfortunately, I haven't found someone who can do a hair style that I want and I'm very particular when it comes to my hair, so I went to Richmond and tried Air Plus. They took me in right there and then even without appointment. I didn't have to wait. I told Barney what I wanted and he showed me a photo from his phone, which exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to tell him every detail of what I wanted but he got everything right a 100%. My husband really liked it too. He thought it made me look younger. So thank you Barney. You made my day. It was worth a drive.I will definitely go back there again.And I would totally recommend it to my friends or anybody. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I went back twice to get my hair cut and Keratin treatment done with Meisie(Hope I spell her name correctly) because she did an excellent job- both times!! Not only was she very attentive but also provided really good suggestions.The salon is a bit pricy but I’ll still go back to Meisie next time.It’s also a comfortable salon - clean and friendly.

called in for a last minute appointment for a wash and style. i was booked with the stylist kenneth and i highly highly recommend booking with him if you want beautiful voluminous curls!!!! the hair wash was relaxing and quick, he was very gentle with my head and hair. i had showed him two example photos of the type of curl i wanted and in the end my hair looked even better then the photos!! i felt so beautiful and i am 100% coming back here for future hair appointments. thank you again kenneth!

I want to give a special mention to Shana, my beautiful hairstylist who has given new life to my hair. I’m obsessed with them. She was very accommodating and patient and gave special attention to my preferences. I absolutely love love love my new hair and would definitely recommend this place for your next colour session.

I was recommended by a friend to try out her hairstylist in this store, so I decided to make an appointment with her. My friend also mentioned that there was a 15% off promotion on Tuesdays, so I specifically booked my appointment for a Tuesday with this hairstylist. I even double-confirmed the 15% off with the staff.However, the following day, I received a call informing me that there was actually no 15% off promotion with appointed hairstylists on Tuesdays. The staff explained that it was a mistake made by a new receptionist who provided incorrect information.In an attempt to resolve the situation fairly, I kindly requested to have the discount honored for this visit and assured them that I would follow the correct procedure next time. Unfortunately, the manager refused to waive the discount. It seemed as though they were indifferent to the unpleasant experience that had on me as a customer.In the end, it's not just $8 discount. It's about the principle of keeping one's word and ensuring that customers feel valued and respected when doing a business. Due to their disregard for customer care, I decided to cancel my appointment with them.

I am very happy with the service. The staff is very much respectful and welcoming to their customers. I have a really thin hair and wanted like a brownish hair color. They did such a great job with my hair. “MAYUMI” is the one who did my hairs, really appreciate her efforts and hard work she was very polite and respectful. Thank you so much for your service

I recently came in to get my hair bleached and toned by Ella. Highly recommend her because she is not only professional but knows how to color Asian hair. Thanks again Ella!
