First off I can't say enough good things about the people at APD. Despite having a 10 day backlog of work they got my Yamaha outboard in for servicing and had it fixed in one day.Let me give you some background. I live in Ontario and my son lives in N.S. I spent the last 6 months building him a 15 foot wooden skiff for his 30th birthday which I planned on delivering to him in August 2021. We haven't seen my son for almost 2 years due to the pandemic so this is a very special trip.I purchased a 2005 15hp Yamaha outboard to power the boat. I took it into a marina in Grand Bend Ontario to have it checked long before our planned departure date. The marina there kept if for 5 weeks then informed me that they didn't have the time to look at it. I was desperate. The motor was not running well and I was out of time to get it serviced, before we departed for the drive to N.S.When we arrived in Halifax I called around to see if anyone could service the engine. Eventually I was referred to APD by another marina. I called APD and spoke to Lisa who, despite their backlog, spoke to Adrian the mechanic and got the ok to bring it in the next day. I arrived with the boat and motor in the morning and by 4 o'clock the Adrian had identified and fixed a carburetor problem. Genius!I was able to hand over the skiff to my son knowing that the motor has been serviced by professionals and was in good operating condition.Thankyou!, Thankyou!, Thankyou! Absolutely amazing experience at APD.I just went for 2 motorcycle inspections, but was treated like I was spending thousands.Had a very lovely conversation with the owners of APD about nothing and everything, motorcycles, and just life in general. It was just very friendly.It didn’t hurt that there was a show room full of eye candy motorcycles to look at either. I will definitely return for future motorcycle service.

Lisa and Adrian are wonderful. Their English accents make you want to keep calm and motorcycle on! This is now the only place to buy Triumph bikes in my books! Go see them! It's the propah thing to do!

Super helpful. On cross Canada motorcycle trip and called ahead to arrange some new tires. They were super helpful sourcing tires and pre-booking appointment. Flexible since we didn't know exactly what day we'd be there. Helped sort out a couple other minor issues when we were there too. Overall friendly and helpful and great to deal with.

This shop is great. Called Lisa and gave her a date I'd be in town and had tires shipped in to their address. The day of the appointment the tires were in the next town at Canada Post. Lisa took the time to run up in her vehicle to pick up the tires so they'd be there when I arrived. Service was awesome, price was great, and they were able to squeeze in a last minute oil change I needed. Will definitely be getting my business any time I am in the area.

I recently had services completed by Adrian and Lisa at ADP. Despite having a major flood that morning, Adrian and Lisa treated customers with respect, answered their questions and dealt with them in an incredible manner. An amazing customer service experience of helping clients while dealing with their an own emergency. They give new meaning to exceptional service with a smile. Thanks to you both.

Most professional, friendly and consistent shop around! I’ve trusted APD Motorsports to work on my atv’s and side by sides for many years and have always been impressed by their efficient and honest service. If I were in the market for a new motorcycle they would be my first choice.
