Just got berated and yelled at for an extended period of time by a crazy customer while awaiting my order. Probably the worst experience I've had in my time ordering fast food. How did nobody stop this lady?!? Nuggets were good though.

The worst experience I have ever had. Wed. March 1st at 4:45pm. The kids, I won't say staff, I'll say children were playing with each other locking each other out of the restaurant while I waited for burgers. What should I order from McDonald's? And when is a good time to go? Just so I don't have to wait 15 minutes for a burger. Fast food cheap? More cheap food slow. You're staff should be fired. Maybe get an adult to work once in a while. I remember when working at McDonald's, having McDonald's on a resume was worth something. Absolutely aweful. The only thing worse than some people's kids, are some kids parents.

Had to wait a while for my breakfast sandwich, but it was night time, so I understand. I work nights though, so wanted it at that time. Manager explained that they were making a fresh egg, and eventually gave me my coffee whole I waited. I appreciated that, and he was really nice. While I waited for the sandwich an employee came to my table and asked for my name and phone number. Turns out that she wasn't looking for a date, but collecting information for covid 19 tracking. I politely advised her that I would appreciate if they respected my privacy and left. I understand why the information is being collected, but I choose not to share my information, and she didn't seem surprised or offended.The sandwich and coffee were both good.I do appreciate being able to get breakfast all day.

I recently stopped at the McDonald's in Kingston and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Firstly, the location is extremely convenient - it is easily accessible off the highway, making it a perfect pit stop for travelers. The restaurant itself is newly renovated, and it shows - the interior is very clean and bright, with a modern design that is visually appealing.The food at this McDonald's is cooked fresh, which is always a plus. Whether I was ordering a spicy McCrispy or McDouble or a freshly made fries, everything tasted delicious. The staff at this location were also a standout - they were very friendly and efficient, making my visit even more enjoyable.Overall, I would highly recommend the McDonald's in Kingston to anyone passing through the area. It is clean, modern, and the food and service are top-notch. I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in Kingston.

I've been here pre renovations and have gotten good service. This review is mainly about the post renovation bathrooms. As if they couldn't be any smaller aside from the mandatory handicapped stall. Barely enough room whatsoever, and I'd like to think even if I wasn't plus sized I'd still find it too small!! The sanitary napkin container was right against my shoulder and the toilet paper dispenser made getting into the stall itself hard.Please reconsider having 4 tiny to the point of claustrophobia stalls and go back to 2 decently sized ones!

My experience was with the owner himself. First I forgot to do table service as my little girl was playing in the play place. He was quick to tell me to go play with my daughter and would change the order. He then brought the kids chocolate milk on the house. Of course being the mother I am…. Forgot socks… out he comes with brand new socks. The owner has since came and asked if we needed anything twice after. Best working owner ever.

When the cashier read our order back to us she'd mentioned an egg BLT instead of a chicken BLT (without bacon). I double-checked with her and she assured me it was chicken. For our Lil donuts we'd ordered chocolate and a cookies and cream. It wasn't until we drove away that we noticed I did in fact I receive an egg BLT (I don't eat bacon) and 2 vanilla glazed donuts. I normally wouldnt write a review like this for a couple small mistakes but the cashier seemed annoyed I had questioned her. We'd already driven away before we had a chance to fix the mistakes. If you're going to order from this McDonald's, double-check your order before going driving away!

Easily the dirtiest and most unkept McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.The washrooms had pee on the toilet and floor, garbage in the stalls, no one cleaned anything.When we went to the play place we had to wipe our own tables. Asked the staff to wipe them and she gave me a cup of dirty water and some napkins.Never coming back - stay away
