Dr. Lim is professional and caring. Too bad the receptionist who has an accent is extremely rude, hard to understand and not helpful at all. She has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. It's really a shame..

Dr. Princeton Lim is the most empathetic Doctor that we've ever met in BC. We are so lucky to have him as our family doctor. A professional doctor with a kind heart. Very genuine! He really takes time to listen and make you understand your situation. He definitely looks after his patients' best interest.

We were new to this clinic because someone had suggested that my mother go to this place and had set up an eye exam appointment for her. A few days later they had called and she had picked up the phone. English wasn't her first language so I had answered. The receptionist was rude and said what do you want?" I did not like her attitude
