Dishonest people. Poor customer service. Calls are screened and warranty messages are never returned. The owners Jack Sade and Miriam Cohen simply don't pay suppliers when they figure out they won't need them again.

I have been dealing with Jack for Several Years with Lightings fixtures and lightings. He always been prompt with the supplies. With the recent change to LED lightings, he helped us save some money in our hotel bathroom lightings, from 450 watts to 48 watts in LED. Parking Garage is the new products we are replacing few at a time. We have seen some savings in our hydro bills, not big savings, but you could see the change. Any one who wants to come and see our property most welcome.Thank you,RJ

I would NOT recommend them to friends and family, they never return phone calls it's like they dont care about customer service after the sale. Avoid doing business with them and their LED company Egrow Lighting.

I'm really not sure why someone would give a bad review for Save Energy Lighting. I have been dealing with Save Energy with Jack & Miriam for over 22 years and they have always treated me like family.They oder parts or fixtures when I need them, They take back and exchange things I made mistakes ordering plus they delivered to my shop.These people have GREAT SERVICE" and they are always reliable.I'm thinking that someone is disgruntle and having a bad day.....I own and operate a chain of stores in Ontario and I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my lighting fixtures as these people have the "Best Service""
