Viking Fire Protection Inc

We used to hire another company for annual inspections of our facility since it opened, but this year, we decided to make a change and go with Viking Fire (should have left well enough alone). Well, their inspection was months ago now, a 2 month past due invoice has come across my desk but I haven't even received the report passing the inspection from these guys...plus we've been charged nearly twice what we had paid to our last fire inspection company. i had called them when I got the first invoice, saying I haven't received the report, so they told me not to pay it. Well, I'm still waiting for the report and won't pay this invoice until I have it.

Needed an inspection as per the Vancouver Fire Department. Called up Viking, someone came within 2 days and did the inspection. Great follow up with the office staff as they were prompt with the invoice. Had a follow up site visit, with a second tech, both were awesome and funny!! Fully recommend them!!
